Hi Jenn, Glad to help with contact info! As far as I know (and things do change!), the Hard Rock Cancun charges a "day pass" for outside vendors to come in. Definitely best to ask Cynthia at the HRC for specific info, I'd hate to steer you wrong. We are in Playa del Carmen and love working in Cancun we have a great relationship with HRC. Hello you gorgeous wedding planners you! We've recently shot a simply lovely wedding at Akiin Beach Club, it's a great alternative to the all inclusive big hotels. Super intimate, cozy, "rustic chic" venue for a unique Tulum wedding experience. Here are a few photos for inspiration, see the whole Akiin Beach Club Tulum wedding! (This was SUCH a fun idea, the "kiss-cycle", guests had to ride the tricycle to get the bride and groom to kiss!) Happy planning gang, hope it's all going great! -
