Fun Idea, love to see something different! Engagement with your guests is huge! One step further, they could get instructions to make noise with the Maracas during the first KISS.... that way, they can funnel their energy and excitement for the moment and be awesome material for photos! Just a thought... Cheers and thanks for these contributions!

STOKED to see the property again, its so beautiful! The photos are perfect, LOTS Of work... thanks for sharing amiga!

Maroma Resort and Spa
Matt Adcock replied to krystalk's topic in Riviera Maya and Cancun Accommodations & Site
The venue is pretty amazing, love the beach at Maroma. Maroma beach + Xpu-HA are our favorites... We just did another celebrity wedding there... co-star of the HBO series "Hung".... Rebecca Creskoff. This wedding was also published on the NYT Vows section last sunday too... Here is a link to their pics on FB -
Hola Trace2013, Thanks for your comments and please don't let the vendor fees keep you from choosing your own talent. Know that you have the option of booking a room for our photographers. Booking a room is an optoin too... seems to be more affordable when we are simply treated as guests, which in many of our clients cases, we are... Happy Planning!!!

Hola Ralexa2, Planning a Destination Wedding can be very stressful and while the Royal PdC is certainly a very popular hotel for Weddings, their Wedding Team is very organized, have a ton of experience and do an excellent job in helping you put together the Wedding of your Dreams!! We have had the opportunity of telling numerous gorgeous wedding stories there and are happy to share with you a few pictures and slide shows to help you visualize your day: Nakako + Andrew - Photos by Jonathan Debbie + Mark - Photos by Melissa Ian + Annie - Photos by Jonathan Monica + Jean Pierre - Photos by Melissa Amanda + Ian - Photos by Jonathan Michelle + Michael - Photos by Melissa Best Wishes ; )

Hola CocoBrown617, Moon Palace is a gorgeous and fun location and they have a great group of gals specialized in helping you put all the details together. Our only advise is to be a little patient as communication can be slow in the beginning. Have faith in the MP Wedding Team, the gals are usually very good at what they do and tend to pick up conversations a couple of months prior to your big day. Just plan enough to allow yourself to be stress free for your special day, but be flexible enough to let whatever happens, happen. Tip: Don't let anyone talk you out of having your ceremony start time be anything but 1.5 hours prior to sunset. This will give you great light for your ceremony, and even better sunset light for your beach portraits! Here are a few pictures to help you dream about your big day: Need more inspiration? Check out our recent MP Wedding Stories: Kelly + Daniel - Photos by Juan Jose BY the way, Kelly wrote a KILLER review on MP, highly recommend you read it. reception table set-up pic's
Matt Adcock replied to jaynreneewed's topic in Wedding Flowers, decoration, cake, etc.
Its a cool idea. Here is one more, just a variation on a theme. First, this entire wedding is amazing, so if you want to see more details, they are here: http://delsolphotography.com/blog/post-726/Tal-Terence-Maroma-Spa-Resort-Photos-by-Matt-Adcock'>http://delsolphotography.com/blog/post-726/Tal-Terence-Maroma-Spa-Resort-Photos-by-Matt-Adcock For this tequila cup + name...they went one step further. Each cup was made out of wood, like a small bamboo glass. Each had a string that could hang around the necks of each person. The B&G then visited each table and did a shot with the guests. Each table had a different amazing tequila on it too... VERY FUN. Fun? Slideshow here: http://delsolphotography.com/blog/post-726/Tal-Terence-Maroma-Spa-Resort-Photos-by-Matt-Adcock -

We will take that as a KILLER compliment, thank you. Finding a photographer who can see all of these things happening and photograph them in a way such that each image communicates that story takes a special gift. Trash the Dress....yes or no???
Matt Adcock replied to sojahseh81's topic in Wedding Etiquette, Traditions, to dos
The term "trash the dress" kinda sucks... Its catchy, so the world uses it and it also suggests conflict so therefor the world embraces it and seeks more and more! For us, we really don't trash much... If we roll around in the sand in the ocean, then yes there may be more damage to the dress. I fear this scares away too many people. Wish they called "Get some fine art with your wedding dress" but that just doesnt sound good Cenote water is crystal clear, fresh and a cleansing agent! We recently went swimming with a SILK dress.... needless to say its one of my favorites! Anyway, why not invest in something this priceless, this unique and kinda cool? OH, it doesnt have to happen just after your wedding either. 1st anniv, 5th anniv??? Or just because! Thanks for the nice words, hope you do decide to do a session! I suggest you take a look here for more though: Saludos, matt -
Trash the Dress....yes or no???
Matt Adcock replied to sojahseh81's topic in Wedding Etiquette, Traditions, to dos
Thank you Amanda Its been 5 years practicing and its not too often one gets to innovate in a category that didnt exist until recently. Especially with the competition following like sharks in a feeding frenzy, we must try to do something different.... so we try simply to do better. Here is a session where we added a little RED hope you like. And here is a HOT PINK piece: and BLUE Hope you like!
