    No problem... I am on a mission! I will post some tonight. This place does not have a turn you can make without finding a small private corner or getaway. There is a huge gazebo in the middle of the pools that has a building in the background with huge columns and looks very Venician (sp) At night when it is all lit up it is breathtaking. I could so see a candlelit ceremony in the middle of the gazebo (which is like 100 feet tall) You would only be able to get a small group of 12-16 or so, I would think, but oooohhh it would be stunning. Ok, I am off, talk to you soon!

    I should not be on here, lol, but my husband is sleeping still (long night) so I came on to look and I had to post. I walked down to We Belong Together. It is very accoustic and beachy, even talking about the beach and everyone loved it. I also love What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life by Barbara Streisand, so I saved it for the first dance. You guys songs are great... I think the Somewhere Over The Rainbow would draw emotion from everyone!

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I am at the Paradisus right now, so if you have questions, want me to check anything out or take specific pics, just let me know. This place is amazing!!! It is much much more than we expected and the food, service people are perfect!

    Oh Melissa, they are sooo beautiful! Everything looks so elegant, your dress, your hair, the flowers, your necklace was beautiful, and the shots were like a postcard. Looking at your pics gets me all excited! Congratulations!

    Now that is more my price range! However, if you are having a smaller wedding and budgeting a little more, I saw the best beach towells at TJMaxx yesterday. They were AWESOME quality and the perfect colors and were 7.99- 9.99. I wanted to get them bad!

    Yeah, I am doing blue and green and have mentioned using cymbidium orchids, so we will see. I love the way the leis look, I am going to mention it and see if my WC turns her nose up, lol.

    My WC said something about bouteniers and I hadn't even thought about it. My FI is wearing white linen drawstring pants and a white linen button up with one pocket. His guys are wearing the same shirt but with khaki linen pants, very casual. Myself and MOH will have bouquets of course, but they can't really do bouteniers with those outfits, right? I would really like to do leis but I know this is really for a Hawaiin wedding and I am in the Dominican. What do you guys think? What would you do?

    I am not sure where that is at but I am leaving to go to DR on the April 16th (2 weeks and 2 days away- whoo hoo) and are getting married at Sunrise Villa in Cabrera. Then we are going on the first half of our honeymoon (April 22-May 1) to Punta Cana to the Paradisus. I saw someone else was getting married on the 16th in Punta Cana, we will all be there the same time!

    Oh my gosh, you are so right about it going by soooo fast!!! I had 9 months when I started my diet/workout regime and though, oh thats plenty of time to get to the size I want. Now it is 16 days away and to get to my original goal I would have to lose another 52 pounds, not happening! But... I lost another 5 pounds this week and am about to go work out now. On a side note, I tried on my bathing suit Wed night, just to see... and immediately went upstairs to the treadclimber. I normally do 20 minutes or on good nights 30... I stayed on for 60 MINUTES! Whoo weee... I am sick of chicken and lettuce.

    That is true, out of those people there are only 3 single guys and 2 single girls (one is 14) yep, not doing it.

    We will have about 10 people at our wedding (Mom, Dad, 4 Brothers, Sister, Uncle, Best Friend (Girl), and Maid of Honor) My question is, should I do a garter and bouquet toss? There will only be 6 guys tops and 4 girls tops... is it even worth it?

    LOL, well they are going to be the same way when they see what I registered for because, as I do everything BASS ACKWARDS, my FI and I have lived together for 4 years, have owned our house for 3 of those years, and have already had a Housewarming party where we got plenty of towels and potholders! SO DON'T BUY ME A DANG TOASTER!!!

    You guys are so welcome! I was surprised flipping through at how unique all of our dresses are and different from one to the other. Sometimes when you are shopping they start to all look alike. I have noticed though, even though I LOVE my dress (obviously or I wouldnt have bought it) that I still fall in love with all of the others too. We need to have it where every year for our anniversary we wear another one!!! Some of the links didn't work and some of the pics were x'ed out, so if yours isnt there just repost it in the "Show me your dress" or in this thread and I will add it.

    You girls are sooo welcome, trust me I am OCD and did it for myself as much as anyone else, lol. Plus I kept telling people about how beautiful you guys dresses were and then couldn't find them in the ocean of pages! Your dress sounds beautiful, I can't wait to see it!
