    This is the pic of my AHR that my Mom made. And it was amazing. The bottom layer was chocolate ganache and the top was pineapple with malibu rum (my favorite) for the tropical feel. It was by far the best cake I ever ate! And this was the one from the DR wedding... I didn't give them a pic or anything for this one because I didn't really care, lol.

    Jen your pictures are amazing, you looked sooo beautiful! Hottie! I was like, OMG who did she use and then realized it was a Toronto photog, CRAP! LOL I haven't been able to find anyone that I am crazy about and has the kind of pics I want, so we may have to wait until next year ;0( I will keep you posted.

    I didn't get married at the Palma Real but we stayed there for two weeks for the first part of our honeymoon and loved it! So I would be happy to help you with any basic info about the resort and I have tons of pics! Welcome to the board and congrats ;0)

    I love the navy blue and fuschia combo! I saw an inspiration sheet last night that was so pretty! And OMG Miss Frogg... I want to have another wedding just to have those colors and make it look like that, lol! Here is the inspiration page I saw: Let us know what you decide!

    Haven't planned a wedding there but have been there and over to Anguilla (which is my favorite place on Earth!) Don't know if I can help at all but will be glad to if so.

    I am working on a Photography website for a friend of mine and I can't help but notice how boring people's wedding pics are now that I am used to seeing ours. I know that sounds horrible... but after looking at all of these beautiful beach locations with the amazing floral decorations, these others in a reception hall with regular flowers are so plain to me, lol. Makes you realize how lucky we are!

    I say this song anytime someone asks for a wedding song because I love it so much and what it captures but it would be perfect for you to sing for him and it is definitely not something overdone... What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life by Barbara Streisand... I love love love this song. The lyrics are perfect for a wedding!

    My husband and I did that and it made it soooo much more intense! Just make sure... because you know men are thickheaded, lol, that you put the rule in there to include self gratification too! I know that sounds silly but if its been a while it makes it all that much better!
