i think it was my dress (my original wedding ress, now reception dress), but i can't totally remember... i'm pretty sure that was it though because it was from there that i decided on my wedding colors.

definitely do some sort of toss! i think chairs would be nice as well. but if you decide to skip out on them, i don't think it will be that big of a deal.

i didn't have a shower and really no nothing about them, but from what i've heard, most give a small thank you gift. wine would be awesome. or maybe a small wine and cheese basket (YUM!!!) along with a thank you note. i mean, overall i think a thank you note might be enough, but it's always nice to do a little extra for those who make an effort for you!

i hate when companies overcharge for shipping. it's insane. however i've ordered notecards from thre. one pack and it was only $7.00 for shipping and i think the highest was $30 something for overnight. Are you sure you didn't do something wrong with checkout?

thanks melissa. i'm using the second verse. i'm going with organza bags, printing the instructions on cards (business sized), hole punching them in the corner, and attaching them to the organza bag tie strings. the only downside is that my WC gets to put the actual petals in because she's ordering the flowers there for me. it kinda makes me sad i won't be able to do the whole thing start to finish. me=control freak!

My DIY project of the day is putting petal toss bags together since my class got cancelled due to the school roads being flooded (yay!). Anyone have wording ideas for this? I found some awhile ago, but now despite googling my brains out, I can't find anything!

My month list: finish favors make favor tags make petal toss tags ship favors and decor to wc Weekend before: get bikini area, legs and eyebrows waxed get french manicure call and confirm car rental i'm sure there's more, i just cant' think of them right now!

i also found myself in the two dress situation. it's so hard to choose with so many awesome dresses. one of my dresses is more traditional like your #1 and the second is more relaxed (like your #2). instead of torturing myself trying to pick, i decided to do both! i'm wearing the weddingy dress for the ceremony and then changing into the other for the reception because it'll be easier for me to move around in!

That is too funny. What is up with NY and those eyelashes though. They look so heavy she can barely open her eyes half the time.

That's a great deal. Hopefully you get all thee sizes and can order them while they are on sale. On the flip side I had a friend who wanted me to order my MOH dress over a year in advance, but it was a lot more $$ and she was overall a demanding bride about so many things, and kept changing the colors, so I dropped out of that wedding party pretty quickly.
