Ok, to be perfectly honest, when Aiden was born I really didn't want visitors the first night at the hospital at all. When Brian called the in-laws to tell them I was in labor, they rushed to the hospital even though he said to wait until the next day. I was a little peeved just because I'm a very private person and need my space and it was a long exhausting day and I didn't want to deal with visitors. BUT I never let my in-laws know I was upset about them being there. My in-laws can be a little pushy when it comes to Aiden sometimes... like they would come over to visit just about everyday and wouldn't take no for an answer. So, even though I was sort of irritated I let his go on for a couple of weeks because I knew they were just excited about the first grandchild. So even thogh maybe I can some ways relate to your SIL (even though I don't know exactly why she is acting the way she is), I still find her approach to be rude and totally uncalled for. But I think you are right in being more upset with your brother. He should stand up for your parents. After all it's his child as well. He should want his family to be apart of this experience. Especially if she's allowing her family to be involved.

No advice. Just wanted to say I didn't have a bridal party and honestly am glad. There really was no stress in planning my wedding. The actual planning part for me was a breeze because I didn't really have to take a bridal party into consideration.

We do the fast pass for Great Adventure. It's awesome. Plus then I don't have to listen to Brian bitching about being bored and hotwhile waiting in line (he's such a baby). I'm definitely doing that for Disney when we take Aiden.

I vaguely remember your original post on this. I'm so sorry that this is all still an issue. As long as you are honest and forth coming about everything, hopefully the system will work in your favor. I also second (third?) the documentation. Very important. I would also reccommend not going into extreme detail here until everything is settled. No reason to add any fuel to the fire. You never know who is scanning the internet for stuff to use against you. You and your family will be in my thoughts.

Oh no! This happens to me a lot and I always end up finding whatever it is weeks later in some obscure spot. I'm sure you did this, but did you check under and around your side table and under your bed and everything? If it's a relatively small/thin necklace, it might have slipped out of sight or something. I hope you find it!

Ugh! I'm sorry. I read a lot about girls getting their cars broken into on here! I had it happened to me once when I was 19 and don't ever want to go through that again. It's odd that of all things they decided to just take the OOT placemats! I guess you're lucky that's all they took, but at the same time how annoying! LOL, can you picture these stupid idiots making OOT bags?! OR maybe they they thought they would make great birthday presents which is why they also took the birthday cards. What jackasses. I didn't draft any either. Yes, we all play against each other. The points are tallied daily and who ever has the most at the end of the 3 weeks "wins." This is only my second time playing and the first time around I totally forgot I signed up and didn't even realize until after the 3 weeks was over that I was in 3rd place. But this time should be fun!

absolutely christa! and yeah christine, i noticed that about the kids. i think tabloids sort of make kids into semi-celebs these days because they are always stalking the poor children. it's crazy!
