Random thoughts: Some people actually still do use sea sponges! There are actually a LOT of alternatives to mainstream sanitary products. Some of them are more eco-friendly than others.but almost all of them are waaaaaay better alternatives than the mainstream market ones. For those weary of the Diva Cup or who prefer pads, look into Lunapads: Lunapads International Home Page Here's some others I've tried: Sponge All Natural Mamas Natural Sea Sponge Tampons: Sea Pearls This is what I use. I'm personally more into the issue of toxins than the issue of lessening trash in the environment which is why I use these. Organic Tampons -Natural Tampons -Organic Cotton Tampons | Seventh Generation For the person who leaves their tampon in longer just because it doesn't get full as fast.... I would advise against this because prolonged exposure can lead to TSS, which is not fun at all.

I used the Diva Cup (and some of the others... the Keeper and the moon cup) for awhile. I don't anymore, but that's a different story. Usually you can feel it if it's not inserted properly. But if you are sure it's in correctly, then I'm sure you're ok. The first few times I used it I could "feel" it... mostly because I was just so aware that I was using it (KWIM?), but after a couple of uses I didn't notice it anymore. Give your body a few days to get used to it. If it's uncomfortable or if you continue to feel it, then you might want to make sure you are definitely inserting it properly.

I've always felt that Heidi and Spencer were rehersed. They are just very bad actors. I know that they re-shoot scenes that production has missed, so maybe that's where the bad acting comes in with those two.

I don't understand how Doug knows Frankie and Brody either. Weird. I sometimes wonder how many of these people actually know each other by meeting on their own and how many of them meet because production sets them up? I was reading an interview with Audrina the other day and although she really did live in that first building Lauren and Heidi were in, production actually cast her and set up the friendship... she and Heidi did not meet on their own. Ahh, gotta love "reality tv"!

Thoughts: * I don't remember Doug at all... if he even was on Laguna, but he's hot! * Spencer is such a tool. He's what my friend and I would nickname "Home Depot" because he's not just A tool, he's the whole freaking store. Ok, fine, you're working on your relationship, but that's no reason to be a d-ckwad to Heidi's sister. That guy has major control issues. He doesn't want Heidi to have any sort of life (even with family) outside of him. I want to kick him in the face so bad... if only just to see his blood stain that awful flesh colored beard of his. *Lo is such a beeyotch! She's such a snotty girl. You can tell she's totally looking down her nose at Audrina's friends because they are not the kind of crowd she runs with. She's another one I want to kick in the face. Audrina should just tell her off already... and not in that nice Audrina confrontational way, I mean really GO OFF on her.

Haha. I don't know if I'd say katmandu was off the beaten path. It's really easily accessible for the Philly/PA people. But route 1 is probably more accessible for everyone else. The On the Border is in Princeton/West Windsor. But yeah, the whole Lawrenceville/Princeton/West Windsor area blends in around there. It's by the Princeton Marketfair which is a bonus if anyone wants to do any shopping (although I warn, it's not a full blown mall by any means, just a few stores). PF Chang's is right next to it. For the train people though it's a little more tricky. There is a train stop in Princeton, but you'd still need to actually drive to the restaurant Lauren, did you go to TCNJ or something?

I actually rather see Jerry up than Ollie. I can not stand Jerry. And yeah, totally creepy that he kept following them around. How annoying! Michelle annoys the crap out of me. I wish she would go home already. Everything about her bugs me. She's such a fake. Renny was getting a little crazy-eyed when she was telling Keesha how she doesn't trust Memphis. It's so sad how I eagerly await the 3 days a week Big Brother is on. It's some sort of sick addiction I have!

I'm all for Trenton and KatManDu. You can veto the KatManDu suggestion if anyone has a better idea. I haven't eaten there in a few years, but I like it because it's on the waterfront. There are also chain resturants along route 1 (although I'm not quite sure what's in Trenton, but there's a bunch along Route 1 in the Princeton area which isn't that far) - PF Changs, South of the Border, etc.
