I don't know everyone says she emails back right away but everytime I email her I never get a reply. I am really nice when I send emails!! heheehe Chandlyn doesn't email me back right away - usually in 1-2 weeks. I definitely want to find out flower & arch options as well... I'll try shooting her an email too. Oh, and I have 3 emails from Michael from Photoshop, though someone else started a thread about the photography at Riu Ocho Rios - here you go: http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...ices-pics.html

  4. I'm not sure about the Plantation... we have a small group, so we're just doing the semi-private dinner & renting out the disco afterwards. I emailed her a few weeks back and she said they don't plan weddings til 2 months beforehand!!! Then I wrote back a few days ago asking if I could at least reserve a reception venue and haven't heard anything yet. Any ideas?? Hmmm... my ceremony will be at 4, so there's really not any time in between. Maybe you can just hang out at the bars. I don't think you'd have enough time for TOO much. Hmmm, I'll think about this! Oh, and there is no option for a semi-private luncheon or anything like that - just dinner. My welcome bags are probably going to have much of the same - definitely the cups, since Riu has little cups!

I'm director of marketing for child care company in PA...very nice! I'm right there with you - good thing the boss doesn't know about this site!! HAHAHA!
  11. My dress was $250 (marked $300 + $50 off David's $99 sale)!!! I just can't spend much more than that on something I wear once. I'd rather spend the extra $$ on photography or something like that. (just my humble opinion!!!) That said - that dress you're describing sounds gorgeous! Too bad there aren't any pics!!! What do you do in Marketing? That's my field as well!
  12. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you have a fantastic time!!!

  14. I bought mine at David's Bridal...thinking they'd order it, etc.... but I ended up just taking it home that day.

I hit 'save'
  19. The 1st time I downloaded them, I saved them on the desktop, but I don't know what to do once I unzip them. How do I use them? You unzipped the file OK? Once they're unzipped and you transfer them to the fonts folder, they should just show up with the list of other fonts. The 2nd time I downloaded them, I saved them under Windows/fonts and altho they supposedly downloaded, they're not showing up under the list of fonts. What am I doing wrong? You need to UNZIP the files to the Fonts folder...not save them there.

Usually, I have to close down the program I'm using and re-open to be able to use the new font. Does that make sense??

  22. my sister, who is my MOH has demanded that I pay for her trip... so yes, I am also having family issues. And trust me, I'm not exactly rolling in the money here - it's pretty much paycheck to paycheck & a demand like that is just crazy... I was REALLY upset, but this wedding is for me & Reggie - whoever wants to come will find a way to make it. I think she will in the end, but she's driving me crazy so far!!
