I LOVED pics of the pond gazebo, it's gorgeous! BUT, I don't want my wedding pics with the purple ROR behind it! And unfortunately, even though the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous there - the background of our first kiss would've been purple rooms! So we're going with the beach instead.

We're going through this right now. We made an offer this past Sun and it was accepted on Mon. We have a realtor who ONLY represents Buyers. It's SOOOOOO wonderful having her. She answers all of my silly questions as a first-time homeowner. We're running into lots of little problems now and she's there helping us through EVERYTHING! Also, here's a heads up for you that we weren't given until TODAY - you're going to need a good $7-10,000 for closing costs alone!!! YIKES! The house looks great!!! The asking price for ours was $245, we offered $230. Our agent looked at comps, etc and was able to advise us of what type of offer we should put in that wouldn't be offensive to the seller and that would show them that we were serious. We got the house for $235. It's a buyer's market! Also, something that really helped us and made us more attractive to the seller was that we weren't selling anything, so we could do things at the seller's pace. HAVE FUN! It's WAYYYYYYY more stressful than I ever imagined it would be!

I'm so hair frustrated!!!! All of the styles I LOVE don't work with my hair! I tried out a couple hair styles and I HATE how they turned out!!! Anyone have any CURLY hair styles they've found?? With people who have curly hair - not straight hair that has been curled - that's a whole different ballgame... We changed our plans from the Disco to the Seagrape. Booked a DJ from 9-11. I can't believe we're going to be in Jamaica in less than 2 weeks!!!!!!
