Theyt Are Great Thanks For Sharing Your Day With Us. -
thanx since most of the wedding is covered in our package we can look more into where we stay. I actually would like to stay at a mom and pop bed and breakfast. I hear they are inexpensive and I shouldnt have to worry about visitors for the guest that hate to cruise and fly in.

I am getting married in St Thomas in June 08 I found a fantastic coordinator and most of what you need is already apart of her package. try her. I too can help you if need be. try stthomasweddingpackages.com Try this as well. Hope this helps. Eighteen to Twelve Months away from the wedding, you should: oDecide on a wedding date. Make and appointment with your clergyman or officiants. oDiscuss with your fiancée and your family how much you want to spend. Assemble your wedding guest list in consultation with both families oPick a reception venue and make the necessary reservations. oShop for the engagement ring. oConsider working with a professional wedding planner. oBook your music or entertainment Eight to ten months before the wedding: oShop for your wedding dress and veil. Several fitting are usually required. oSelect china, crystal and silverware patterns and register them in the Wedding Gift Registry at you favorite store oSelect your bridesmaids. oSet the date to order dresses for the bridesmaids and attendants. oPick a honeymoon destination. Check to see if your passports need to be renewed and if any inoculations are required for foreign destinations. oHire a photographer and inform him/her of the location of the wedding, reception, and any other functions you want photographed. Six to eight months before the wedding: oFinalize your guest list and compare it with your fiancés. Divide the list into those receiving invitations and those receiving announcements only. oOrder your invitations and announcements. Your invitations should be mailed four weeks before the wedding. oOrder your personal stationery and thank-you notes. oDecide on a color scheme four your wedding and inform your mother and your fiancés mother so they can find compatible colored dresses and hem lengths. oTalk to a florist about which flowers will match the color scheme you’ve chosen. oArrange the transportation for all the members of your wedding party to and from the ceremony and the reception by reserving limousines or other transportation. Three months before the wedding: oOrder your wedding broom and coordinating broom favors oConfirm the delivery date of your gown and make the final selection of the attendant’s dresses. oMake an appointment for your bridal portrait. oOrder your wedding cake, if it is not to be made by the reception caterer. oInform your clergyman or officiants of all the details of your ceremony including flowers, music, photographs, canopies, carpets, etc. oDiscuss the details of your wedding with the caterer and/or hotel manager. oIf you’re renting any equipment reserve it now. oOrder/Confirm any and all rental items (i.e. tables, linens, candelabras, back-drops, etc.) With the respective rental companies. One Month before the wedding: oMail the invitations oHave the final fitting for your gown and confirm the date for your bridal portrait. oSelect and order gifts for the attendants. Bridesmaids usually receive the same gift, for the maid or matron of on get something a little more special. oChoose the wedding bands oMake room reservations for out –of-town attendants. oMake necessary arrangements for the bridesmaid’s luncheon or dinner. oDiscuss plans for the rehearsal dinner with the hosts. oKeep up with your correspondence. It’s a good idea to addressing your announcements now so they can all go out together the day after the wedding. Two weeks before the wedding: oGo with your fiancé to fill the necessary forms for your marriage license. oPlan with your hairdresser for a wedding hair-do. Bring your headpiece and veil, and make your appointment if you want your hair done on the day of the wedding. oIf you are changing your name, arrange to change your name and address on official documents (drivers license, bank accounts, insurance and health policies.) oDeliver your wedding announcement to the local papers society director. One week before your wedding: oStart your honeymoon packing. oCheck to see wedding announcements are all addressed, stamped and ready for your parents to mail the day after the wedding. oHave the luncheon or dinner for the bridesmaids. oSchedule your rehearsal for one or two days before the wedding. oInform participants of the exact time and place. oWrap and present gifts to your attendants at the bridesmaids’ party. oInform the caterer of the exact number of confirmed guests. oGo over the final details of the ceremony and reception with all of the parties involved. oRelax take a day off just before the wedding and pamper yourself with a facial, pedicure, manicure and massage. It’s the perfect way to prepare for the big day.

The broom ceremony is not as hard as it seems. You place the broom on the ground and skip not jump like the pole jump.. Yes I could see me falling over the broom so wish me luck. It will be a part of my ceremony

If you were planning my wedding..
LadyP replied to TammyB's topic in General Wedding Planning Information
I may be the only one of two St Thomas weddings but St Thomas has a EXCELLENT Elope package that comes with the cake and champagne. I have considered it since FH says it is your day just tell me where to be and the time. LOL Its his money he might not want to give me so many freedoms. Sorry off track. Check it out www.stthomasweddingpackages.com. It is your day. MIL will love her son if the decision he makes makes him happy. You may take about 60 70 years when she will decide to forgive you for snatching her o nly baby away. -
Breathe it will be ok. If she is in the wedding fine. If she is not in the wedding fine. the day is not about her. It is about you. So dont stress Stupid ( not your friend but the situation).
