    We used dollar stor sandwich bags and tea lights. Make sure you put the sand on the bottom and the tea lights in the center and then light them. Roll the sides down once for extra weight support

    I do. I take martial arts and I find tha tit helps to clear out my system. It will make you have more energy too. Atleast I do.

    Lipton green tea from the tea isle of your local grocery store and walmart. I like it it is suppose to spead up metabolism for fat burning. There is a diet green tea that is suppose to clean your system. Some of my coworkers swear by it.

    I think about lifting them but honestly Ive gotten so use to them that I could not think of them being smaller. They are like members of the family. Imagine how big they were when I got pregnant.
