Mammee Bay IS semi-private, and I have it booked for 42 people next Tuesday for my wedding. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Hi ladies! Michael just sent me the new 2008 price list and details, 4 days before we leave... on it he specifies that any extra time has to be booked and PAID for prior to the wedding. Did any of the recent ROR brides have to book his extra time in advance? For those who've been married, is extra time worthwhile?

Hi all! I just want to say I am SO thankful I found this site! All of the Riu Ocho Rios brides have been fantastic and full of information, not to mention all the great advice and support and ideas I've gotten from ALL the ladies on BDW! One week from today I will be in Jamaica! Hard to believe, but I sooo cannot WAIT!! Withour futher adieau (or however you spell that!), here are pics of MY STUFF!!! Hi Cherie! Did you still enjoy your honeymoon despite the lack of nightlife? What did you think of Sandals overall? We have our honeymoon booked at Sandals Royal Caribbean, and the more I read reviews, I almost wish we were staying at the Riu Ocho Rios for our entire two weeks... but I still think a change in scenery will be good....

Great thread! I am not sure if this is a huge PITA, but is there a way to "pin" this thread, and the "How to do a Search" thread, in each of the location categories? I know that several people (especially newbies) will just go directly to the "Jamaica" posts for example, and dont think to check these other areas. If these topics were pinned there they would see them and read them!

We already had ours, but fh wants to do a golf day with the guys again when he's down there, and us ladies may go to the spa while they do that, OR just lay by the pool or on the beach! A fun idea would be to go to Margaritaville for a bachelor or "ette" party, Mo's pics from there looked SO much fun!

YAHOO Heidi!! Our trip is paid too... by Visa... I guess I have to work on paying that off when I get back! And seriously, Wentworth Miller is GAY?? ? ?

Sorry, I'm no help, I am just going to get a real flower provided by the resort, MoWife did that and I thought it looked really beautiful!

I will be getting married that week at the resort, and so is Chicago88! I am sure Chandlyn is just run off her feet with all the weddings, I would just trust that everything will be "no problem mon!"

OH! And how are you loving the wonderful -40 temps you came home to you poor girl The only thing getting me through the cold snap is knowing that I am leaving in 10 days for Jamaica!!!
