I did it! okay, that's a lie. I started it.
I got up to being able to run for 5 straight minutes, which for me is a HUGE accomplishment. I think it was walk 1.5, run 5, walk 3, run 5, walk 3, run 5, walk 3... or something like that when I quit. I actually got sick and then completely unmotivated. I really did like the program though and it was amazing how well it worked. I could barely run 30 seconds before that!! AND, i can now still run 5 minutes straight... so that's a small accomplishment for me (yes, all you runners can now laugh at how much of a running wuss I am! )
