Just curious, why wouldn't you wear your ring to the pools or the beach? Isn't it more safe on your finger than left in the room? Or is yours loose that it'd fall off in the water??

Do you want the big ones? If so, Hobby Lobby has them. They might not be white, but they are easily spray painted. However, have you thought about how you'll transport 25 of those?

Sandals Negril is pretty strict. You have to talk with your wedding coordinator. But they have started to relax the restrictions and allow outside photographers if we stay for three nights. Not everyone has been allowed to do it, but they are becoming more lenient

Yeah, it was funny. I ordered two... one came with a ribbon and one didn't? Very odd. But no big deal at all.

What a shame I used the hangers for the wedding I photographed last weekend and it turned out super cute in pictures. So although the quality wasn't the best, it was worth the $5 for me. Sorry you guys had such a bad experience though

Hi! The Bahia resorts are lovely and really great for kids. The beachs are pretty, but slightly rocky. We had 2 18 month babies along during my wedding in April and it was perfect. The weather wasn't TOO hot for the girls and the staff just loves kids. It was perfect. Here is my photo tour of the property from the last destination wedding I shot there (in January). The attire policy wasn't very strictly inforced when we were there. The very last picture in my Dreams photo tour is me at the Seaside Grill. It was my favorite place to eat! But it's really not very large. So depending on the size of your group, you will probably end up at El Patio. It's a lot larger restaurant and can be sectioned off. Plus with the lighting at night it's just gorgeous (you can see it in the photo tour as well). And that's definitely a casual dress code. I wore sun dresses and my husband wore slacks, but there were people who were even more casual than that. And that's for dinner. For brunch, it's DEFINITELY casual. I still think El Patio will be the better bet. More private and you won't have kids playing in the pool right next to you.

I had two 18 month old "flower girls" at my wedding. They were adorable!! One was my niece and the other is practically a niece. Their parents carried them down the aisle (the parents stood up in the wedding) and it was super cute. I also photographed a wedding in April last year with a 2 year old daughter. She was so cute and although clumsy down the aisle, it was precious. And just having her there for fun family photos was really amazing.

I was an early bride. I started planning way in advance... so far in advance that I wasn't even engaged yet! Whoopsie! But it really was awesome when the time came. I was very well prepared, not stressed, and I feel like I had a really special wedding that a lot of thought and effort went into.

It is usually very crowded and SUPER hot... but everyone seems to have fun.

It was me that had the moms involved, but there wasn't really any specific wording. The moms walked my husband down the aisle. One on each arm. Then before they were seated, the dumped a "foundation" into our sand ceremony kit. It's just like how the mom's light the unity candles during a church wedding. The part of the ceremony that we thought fit is this: Before each of you there is a container of sand. Each container represents the separate journeys you once were on. They also represent your own sets of friends and families that once were apart. Here is the whole thing: There is a song that speaks of “a long and winding road†and before you met, your lives were on such a road... each going in different directions and seemingly leading to different destinations. But somewhere along the way you took a fork in the road to a destination called “love†and today you find yourselves standing together at the entrance of a new path that will join your once separate journeys into one. Before each of you there is a container of sand. Each container represents the separate journeys you once were on. They also represent your own sets of friends and families that once were apart. I will ask that in a moment you both blend your individual container of sand together... representing the coming together of your friends and family, through your marriage, into one. And as the sand is blended into one container, your once solitary journeys will now be one of companionship, as you walk a single path together into your future. I now ask that you blend your containers of sand together. The couple picks up their individual containers of sand and blend them together. - Bless Broken Road Plays As the sand has blended together, your lives are now joined. So far, knock on wood, I have not heard any stories from our BDW brides of lost or stolen jewelry.

It depends if you got a suite or the normal room. The normal room only has a table and chairs. The suites have a couch which doubles as a twin bed. So about five people can sleep in the room.

As for rain predicted on your wedding date, it typically rains at night so it shouldn't be a problem. You never know, and sometimes we just have to roll with the punches, but I'm sure it'll be beautiful no matter what. The Tulum rain location is really pretty, but I'm sure you won't need to use it
