  1. I wouldn't BOB either. My father did it... only when he was underwater, all of a sudden his mask broke! And it was really heavy and it was VERY hard for him to get back to the surface quick enough. Scary.
  2. Alright... sorry Honest b-word coming out in me. I don't like the petals. I'm not sure why... they don't look like any petal I've ever seen (colorwise), so I'm not a fan. However, rose petals... now that I'm a fan of. Plus, you'd see it better in photos.
  3. OK, I love the flowers for your hair... and I acutaly like your hair just like you had it when you took the picture. i think it looks beautiful. What if you just put a little more curl in the hair? I think it'd be perfect!
  4. I nominate Christa. I think that she's been very good about sharing reviews and photos. Not to mention a good sport about the chair ties!

    Hello

Welcome! Does anyone know when 08 rates will be published? It's starting to drive me nuts!!!... Tammy? Do you know?
  7. Sorry, personally I don't like it. But, if you think it suits your style and is appropriate for your wedding invite, then go for it. You do have a lot of time to think about it though, now that you pushed the wedding out a little bit.
  8. It apears that Punta Cana would be much cheaper. More in the $1250 per person for a week area. And then, I'm an advocate for the Gran Bahia resorts in the Riviera Maya, which are also a much cheaper option.
  9. I must say that I started out by looking at caribbean islands as well. I have been to many of them on cruises and I love them all! But, when I started pricing them out, it wasn't going to work for our guests, so I turned to Mexico. Did you try any resorts there?
  10. It's easy peasy! You can make them using any word program really. See, I quickly whipped this one up in a matter of seconds! If you need any help, let me know! photo.doc
  11. I've also seen chinese lanterns hung at different hights in a gazebo. I think that looks lovely.
  12. I'm not even engaged yet! Funny! But, I did buy a pack of fans from OTC. I wanted to see the quality of them before ordering more... and I had a coupon and free shipping... so what the heck!
  13. I have a few options that I have placed in my idea folder... Sorry, i only have an attachment! photo.doc
  14. Welcome Nicole! Personally, I recommend the Gran Bahia Principe resorts in Riviera Maya... but I've never been there. That's just where I'm planning on getting married. It's actually three resorts in one. AI, kid friendly, and reasonably priced. Happy planning!
  15. I like that idea Tammy. With the empty chair. Otherwise, I do enjoy your drawing I also had thought about a possible U shape with the five chairs and you entering from the side.
  16. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome!
  17. Welcome! The exciting thing about you already sending your save the dates... is that you can post pictures for us to see! We all really enjoy photos. They inspire us!
  18. Welcome! Please let us in on all the juicy details you have so far!
  19. I voted number one. I agree that three just will not work. And although I LOVE number two, I just don't think that's what you will want to wear for your wedding day. If you can pull it off, then go for it... but I have decided that I need something with straps to hold my ankle in. I have three reasons. 1. Beach, kicking sand up my skirt... but that doesn't apply to you 2. The walkways. Everyone that I have seen is NOT perfectly smooth and I just know I'll be a clutz and stumble and if I'm not strapped in, I'll roll my ankle. 3. I'm going to be a nervous reck! I'll probably be shaking all over, which once again leads to my stumbling, falling off of heel comment.
  20. Welcome! let us know if you have any questions!
  21. I choose #2. I really like #3, but reading the description of your e-ring, I don't think that much detailing will look good with such a simple ring next to it. So for me, #1 is completely out of the question.
