I am going with a travel agent for the same reason as ANN. Yes, some of my guests could get slightly cheaper prices on Expedia... but our travel agent arranged direct flights, transfers to and from the airport, and makes sure everyone has their passports and all the paperwork needed. Basically she's saving me some headaches! SO worth it!

I haven't made a CD label in awhile, but back when I used to (pre Ipod), I would buy the sticker paper and it would come with instructions on how to download the template. And then I had a plastic thing-a-ma-jig which I would put the sticker on, and the CD on and then smoosh. It made sure the label went on perfectly everytime. Basically it's this thing... Nope, but I will be scheduling Cancun Valet to pick our group up. It's $35 one way or $65 round trip to the hotel zone and it seats 10 people.

I got my dress for $526 and my budget was $600... so that's good!

Next on my list is getting the stupid confirmation from the resort!! After that we have to book our travel and get our save the dates out. And we NEED to decide on our bridal party! What's next for you?

Just to let you know... your panicking makes me panic! My wedding is a month before yours! AHHH! I suppose it's my own fault. I keep looking at check lists and realizing the only thing I have done is my engagement photos and I bought my dress. That's not good!

Just a warning, iron on transfers don't work so well on dark clothing! I tried doing an iron on onto a navy shirt... and you can't see it at all!! You might want to test it on something that color before you buy t-shirts in bulk.

I am doing Save the Dates which will include a little bit of information on my resort and travel agent, but then I direct them to my wedding website. By doing this I was able to still get the look I wanted on the Save the Dates and I wasn't throwing too much information at them. As for sending an invite as well... I am, but more of just a formality. And in case people book with someone other than my travel agent!

I actually plan on doing my trash the dress session at the Tulum Ruins. It gets VERY crowded and VERY hot though, so I will go immediately when they open.
