  1. OK, first things first... you have quads I noticed the four babies... but thought maybe you and all your friends had children around the same time. Quads... that's so amazing! Next, you NEED to try the dresses on! Well... not true for everyone, but I had SO many dresses picked out on-line and when I tried them all on I hated almost every single one of them! Quite amazing actually. So, start calling around and find some shops that have them.
  2. Oh, I was going to make those Olio ones! I still might. They are in my top four! However, I plan on making them for less than a dollar each.
  3. I voted number one, but without seeing a picture of you in it, it's really hard to tell.
  4. Everything looks great Susan. I am doing the same OOT idea! I figure why buy bags when I can put everything in the water bottles

  6. Our wedding is at one and our cocktail hour isn't until 4. So, I think we'll walk back down the aisle and do the typical stand in a line and mingle, get congratulated stuff. Then we'll do a big group picture. After that I'll remind everyone of where they need to be at four and we'll leave for the beach with the bridal party and immediate family for photos.
  7. Just an FYI... this flower isn't available in Mexico. At least not naturally. They will need to ship out for it and it will probably be very expensive. (I wanted them in my bouquet too )
  8. I'm not sure if it's just on my screen, but the arrow is crooked. If I were you I'd straighten it out. Otherwise I think they are nice.
  9. Why not head a little south to Playa Del Carmen, Akumal, or Tulum? All of those would be about an hour or so away from Cancun, but have a completely different feel.
  10. It really is in A LOT of magazines, and I would HATE to think all these magazines are saying such great things about it if it were a scam!
  11. Glenda's post is VERY similar to how I've been handeling people who want to book with other travel agents or Expedia. It actually works quite well!
  12. OH that was just not good! I'm so impulsive! I wish I knew the quality, i would have bought a bunch to make cute little makeup bags for my bmaids. Maybe I still will once I get my order. We'll see!
  13. I will be mailing my STD's hopefully next week for my April wedding (would have sent them sooner but I needed the bling first!). I have asked for a tentative RSVP just so we know how to budget and plan and then after christmas I will send the formal invite asking for an official RSVP (for wedding - including flight number, date of arrival, and number of guests, for the welcome dinner (dinner options), and if we decide to do a group tour). I will ask for the RSVP to be back by the beginning of Feb, 8 weeks in advance
  14. Wow! You have got your stuff together!!! And I love the chapel you are getting married at. Beautiful. For question one: I agree that a sand ceremony would be prefect for your family. For question three: I have read many times that shipping items to Mexico isn't a great idea. Items will typically get "lost." and I don't think it's worth risking.
  15. That places looks so nice! Did you change any decorating ideas while you were there? Or were you inspired by any of the natural surroundings to do something different?
  16. OOO, I like that idea. It does sound like you deserve some sort of comp since he broke his contract with you!
  17. I LOVE that starfish cake topper! That's beautiful!!!
  18. I don't cook, but when I occasionally do I go to places like this... tasty crockpot recipes | recipes for your slow cooker Slow Cooker Main Dishes Recipes - Main Dish - All Recipes
  19. I'm going on Monday for my Friday wedding. Part for residency, part for piece of mind! I would get way too nervous booking everything for my wedding the day before. I need time to come up with back up plans and be an annoying bridezilla...
  20. I have a few really nice ones. I don't have a photobucket account though, so if you'd like to see them you'll have to PM me. They are from Costa Maya.
  21. I have checked many reviews on trip advisor and I believe I got the idea from someone on here... or maybe it was on the reviews of my resort. A LOT of people use them from my resort because otherwise it's the last stop with the included transportation. It adds 1.5-2 hours to your trip! So, I will be hopefully getting a bunch of their vans. I hope they have enough available!
  22. I think it's crappy. I would feel so hurt if I were you. If he'd just be honest and not say one month, it wouldn't be so bad. But, now he's breaking contract and dealing with pregnant ladies emotions On a side note, I don't think I ever say your TTD slideshow. I'm watching it right now and i LOVE it! You two are a really beautiful and fun couple.
  23. Personally, I think it's adorable! Depending on how well your puggy would cooperate, you could have him posing on the table numbers. So, one table number could be on a doggie T-shirt. Another number could be in a frame on the ground and then him do "shake/paw" and place his paw on top of the frame. Would he hold a piece of wood in his mouth? You could go to Hobby Lobby and get a wood number and paint it and then have him hold it in his mouth. Oh, this idea just gets cuter and cuter!
