Sometimes it's cheaper to order more than you need (ie: Vistaprint), but otherwise what about printing them yourself?

I am flying in my photographer. It was actually cheaper than hiring a local photographer, paying the fees, and upgrading the packages to get the photos I wanted.

I am having right around 30 people as well and I plan on doing one long table. I will be doing assigned seating (I think, ask me again in 5 minutes... I'm just like you ) Anyway, I'm doing assigned seating because of divorced parents. I don't want there to be any issues or uncomfortable situations and with such a few amount of people I think it'll work just fine

Yup, Julie was away at some school trip with the new neighbor's daughter. As for the wood fence, it was really funny because while they were fighting on the ground Shawn turned to me and said "that fence would go through them like butter, they better get out of there!" And then WHAM! So funny!

I have chocolate brown, turquoise, and fuschia. The dresses are brown with a turqoise sash and the flowers will be fuschia.

I'm really sorry this is happening to you at this time Trisha. Although some day you may look back and say it's a blessing in disquise it sure doesn't seem like it now. Sorry, I'm not much help. I'm flying in my photographer for 4 nights. I would say that the outside photos with family is a little short. As much as I'd love to say 30 minutes is enough time you typically have to get congratulated by everyone and give kisses blah blah. Then you have to try and wrangle the correct members of the family. I would say that's more 45-1 hour. Other than that it looks good to me.

There are SO many resorts in the Riviera Maya region and it seems to typically be cheaper than the rest of your options. I would start your research there.

WOW! Those look like they are a lot of work! I think your guests will really appreciate them though.

Prices range all over the place, but I can tell you that if the photographer you got quoted on is good that's a DARN good price!

Welcome! I'm getting married at the Gran Bahia and I will try and help you out as much as I can. The dinner is provided. it's held at one of the ala cart restaurants. i could tell you which ones if you told me which resort specifically. As for additional costs, It's $70 per person for bloodwork. It's $150 an hour to rent the disco. If you'd like to have a private reception it's between $25-75 (depending on menu choice) and then $5 for the first hour of bar service and $3 every hour after that. Other than that, chairs and white covers are provided... and you can chose from a bunch of different music options. From free to $500.

I wore a strapless bra, REGULAR panties (NO thongs!), and I also wore a pair of slightly elevated sandals. I figured that way I could see what it'd look like with shoes.

No advice really, but I LOVE Gulf Shores Alabama! It's so beautiful there! My favorite thing was waking up in the morning, looking out my window and watching the dolphins playing! Beautiful.
