    Hi Heidi! My wedding is the week after yours, so I hope this helps. My bridesmaids are throwing my shower on Feb. 10th or 17th and then my bachelorette party is March 8th. I didn't want it much closer to the wedding. I wanted to be able to write Thank You notes without being in a complete panic because I had other important things to do. Hope that helps!

    I'm totally sorry I just saw this post now... but my friend just tried on a dress VERY similar to this at a bridal show. it's a 2008 design and is about $800 The details are slightly different. it's an Emerald Bridal Design.

    I love embossing and I thought about doing that on my invites, but I ran into the same problem you just described... in consistancy. My FI is WAY too anal for everyone to not be perfect!

    I'm not positive, but perhaps you could go to Tripadvisor and look at the candid traveler photos. if you find one you like you could e-mail the person and ask for rights to it? I'm not sure if you need rights if it's not a professional photo, but maybe?
