    lol - THAT is why you're the newest moderator. Because you can give the best advice, speeches, and carry the best chit chats all with a great sense of humour. Every time I see that you've posted I crack a smile, and most times laugh so loud I get weird looks from the people around me. w/e. You're encouraging, friendly and easy to talk to, and we all know you're going to tell us the truth whether its what everyone else is saying or not and you still get along with everyone!

    IMO, I think your dad's idea is a cute one - and I might steal it! I think it shows that although he's not in the bridal party, he's "involved" in the wedding... I think it adds an unintentional personal touch!

    Hey Erynn, welcome to the forum. There are a few RIU Palace brides here (in fact I think we had another "newbie" yesterday say she was having her wedding at RIU Palace in Cabo!). Let us know if we can help you with anything... and post your engagement story - those are always great to read!

    Melissa - great review. Sounds like it went great (even with the glitches!). You've made up my mind about a legal ceremony though - I'd rather not have blood drawn from my wrists and have Aaron pass out lol. OMG, garter toss is hilarious!! What kind of stuff was he tossing out?! I just saw your picture (really, posting one is just cruel!) - it looks like there is no one on the beach - no one would guess that it was actually crowded! Can't wait to see more pics!!

    Well a weekday works for me, but it sounds like Kate would be driving up (?) specifically for it, so I'm not sure if she could go on a weekday - lol, I'll let her speak for herself though. Leigh, I'll e-mail you regarding the b-pics and engagement session.

    The last weekend in June works for me. Leigh, I don't know if you read in my other thread about doing engagement pics?? I found a photographer in Calgary - but would LOVE to do it in BC too! Would that make it worth your while a little more?! I could always just tell Aaron we're going there for a nice weekend, and the girls on my forum are planning a gettogether - that'll explain the b-pics and then he and I could do a engagement session with you? Would that work, yay or nay?

    I'm pretty much available anytime after May - maybe even mid-june, but I might be able to wheel n' deal something in May if that's what you girls were hoping for. What works for you guys? Let me know if my timeline is way off from yours and I'll try to arrange something else.

    Wooohooo! I'm excited. I've looked for a good photographer too who has a good balance too, but always find myself comparing to Leigh's pics. I wanna look smokin' hot like Christine! We only need two more girls... we're halfway there lol.
