I have horrific acne too. I did a course of Accutane 2 summers ago and it's 'supposed' to be a forever fix, but here I am back to nasty skin again. It runs in my family as my dad has bad skin (rosacea) and has been on minocin for as long as I remember. I'm seriosly thinking of going back on the pill as it was pretty much the only thing that kept my skin clear. I was on Diane 35, which is actually marketed as an acne med, with the side effect of birth control. Bizarre but true. LOL

Can you believe that? Unreal. Dan's only hope is that the nominations stay the same. Cause Ollie might want to put up Keesha then they are all screwed. DUH! What a spaz. And with the Double elimination, Dan might be doomed, because he won't be able to compete in the HOH, so he might walk right out after whoever goes. Baaaa haha! That's hilarious!

We made about $2500 on our Buck and Doe and had over 150 people (over capacity at the hall no less! Tee hee!) People were asking about 3 months in advance when our B&D was going to be, so there was no way we were getting around having one. It was great fun! Definately do it. You are getting married right? What matter is it WHERE you are getting married? People who can't make it down south for sure want to give you their best wishes.

Thanks for all your thoughts! I know it's a long way off, but I tend to stress way ahead of when I need to!! I know we are going for sure, hopefully the timing will allow us to save as much as we can before we go. The advantage of paying off all our debts now is we will have so much extra money every month now that we don't have all those debt payments hanging over our head. This is hopefully going to be a really fresh start for us so we can start and stay on budget. we've been kind of winging it and that strategy is SO not working!! LOL!!!

Chris's best friend got engaged last week. Out of all our friends who said ya ya we are coming, Mitch and his (then) girlfriend Franci were the only ones who actually ponied up the money and came down and saw us get married. He was Chris's best man. Back before we went down there, Mitch had been thinking of proposing to Franci, but the thought of a DW was foreign to them. After seeing how amazing and stress free our wedding was, they are seriously considering a DW, most likely in Cancun/Mayan Riviera. Chris has said under no circumstances will we NOT be at this wedding. They actually went through a lot to come to ours (she was laid off 2 months before our wedding, and basically put the whole thing on their credit card). They have moved into his parents place to save money for their wedding, which will likely be next summer. Here's the thing now. We are moving into our new house in 20 days. One of the whole reasons we are doing this is to get a cheaper house, pay off all our debts and actually start SAVING some money. I'm afraid 1. we wont have the money saved and there we go having to put the trip on a CC and rack up our debt again, or 2. just sending Chris because we can't afford for the both of us to go, and I know they will be really dissapointed because heck we are moving away from them I know it's a long way off, they haven't even set a date yet, but I'm already stressing about it

Oh, yes, I think pretty much all of us when through one form of this or another. Screw everyone else. I told so many people, "you know, we aren't young kids getting married and it being paid for by daddy. We are doing what WE can afford, which means it's a wedding and honeymoon together. Sorry you can't make it". End of story. Do what you want. We had 10 including us and it was perfect.

Great review, glad there were no problems (serious ones anyway!) I believe you are correct in that Julissa had stopped being the WC just after we got married in April. But it looks like everything worked out just right for you anyway!! YAY!

Just wanted to bump this thread to tell y'all I ordered the p90x and it's on it's way!! With just over a month before we move, we aren't going to start until we get to the new house, but I'm soooooooo stoked!!! Wooooooo!!! I also bought 2 more TJ workouts, the live ones!! WOOOT!!

Have you checked out the Dominican yet? Their prices are really reasonable.

I stress about grocery shopping. We've been eating better so usually I shop for staples twice a month (with my paycheque) then have $20 cash each day to pick up a meal to be made fresh. Most times we don't go near that amount, so we use the leftover to go out once a week and it's still cash. It works for us! That way we are not buying frozen food near as much as we used to. Definately when we are entertaining though I get a little anal. I'm in full blown panic when my parents come to visit!!

So far it's the most stressful!! The only thing giving me stress now is confirming we will be able to port our mortgage over to the new property. I know I *shouldn't* need to stress, but I will stress until it's done! LOL

*** update!! **** We have sold our house! What a whirlwind!! It was listed on Monday the 16th. We had an agent's caravan on the Thursday, and a regular open house on the Saturday. One couple made an appointment to see the house again Monday night with their parents, and it all went so fast from there it was freaky!! Basically they put an offer in $10K less than we asked for, we came back half way and it's done! No conditions (except for house inspection.. financing is already in place) The only thing left is house inspections on both ends and to confirm our financing is fine and it's a done deal! August 29th close date!!

I stayed here in 1998 (OMG 10 years ago already?!) Anyway, it was a really nice resort, but I tell you, it's literally in the middle of nowhere. About half way between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. If you are looking for nightlife outside the resort, it's a drive in either direction. Just a heads up for ya.
