You all are such enablers... in a good way... I am planning on buying myself an iPod for my birthday so we can use it too! I know we won't be happy with a DJ music selection for the reception. Still don't know about ceremony. My sister got married a couple of weeks ago and had bagpipes. Very nice, suited her style and tone of wedding. I only have the ppt Claudia sent and I have different ideas for flowers that what she offers as VIP bouquets.

Oooh Tara! I had problems with them too! It seemed like there was always something... One year they sent me the generic without asking, which was new. Shouldn't they have asked since they had been filling it with what was prescribed? Anyway, my doc clearly put DAW - Dispense As Written going forward on anything I sent them. Then, once I sent it and I thought, 'I should get it in the mail any day now' ... they call me to tell me about the generic they have! I told them I cannot take the generic and make sure they note it in my file. Next year, same thing... soooo, I have had to call my doc a few times to call in a 1-month prescription into the local pharmacy since we were cutting it close. I have another company to use now and I have no complaints. Sorry you have to go through this ... my fingers are cross that you get them today.

Hi Susan! I think I mistated what I meant... yes, before and after... not while we are going through our vows. So will you use recorded music then? I was considering live music. I wonder how windy it will be there.

What are you ladies doing for ceremony music? I am going to rent the sound system for the ceremony and was thinking maybe some live music during the ceremony would be just beautiful. Have you decided?

Poor Claudia! Must have been so busy this weekend... she sent me an email at 3am this morning my time. Just wanted to share some of her answers to my questions with you. I know some of these have been asked already, but I wanted to make sure I could clarify them with her as well: Will the ceremony be able to be performed in English? yes Is there the ability to hook up an iPod? yes you can connect your ipod If we hire an outside photographer, would there be a charge for bringing them onsite? No problem (she didn't say if there was a charge though) Can we get credit for the photos included in this package and use towards something else? yes Did not say how much, but I am going off of what she told Susan Do you also allow for outside florists for bouquets? No I`m sorry Darn it... hopefullly say can get what I want since I didn't find what I wanted in the ppt she sent For the cocktail hour, is the price the same regardless if the guest drinks alcohol or not? Price is the same For the menus, do you allow any substitutions between the silver and platinum into the gold menu? Ex: We would like to have a Mexican soup and a salad to replace the Chinese chicken in the gold menu. silver & gold only For the dinner, the hours are between 5:30-8:30pm. Is there an extra charge to stay until 10 or 11pm? yes $ 10 usd + 15% service + 10% tax per person Anyone staying longer or are you going to do something else?
