  1. Bienvenida Crystal! I am a Cancun bride! Do you have a date in mind? Do you know how many people may attend? Do you want it at a resort? All-inclusive hotel/resort? On the beach? In a church? Not trying to sound Dr. Seuss-y Let us know how we can help!
  2. How did I miss these this morning?! Those pictures are gorgeous! Can't wait to see the rest!
  3. Yep, it was beautiful. Will probably visit in Dec. I'll hit ya up. Are you from that area? I think Jessica is onto something - sitting in cold water... but of course you couldn't read the forum as well
  4. I live in Ohio, came here for college. We are from Mexico City, but she went to school in SC (PC) and lives there now with her hubby. I was in Greenville in April for her wedding.
  5. I would have stayed at work too if they served beer ... I am sorry you are melting... Hope the electricity comes back very soon. My sister is in Greer by the airport, wonder if they were affected.
  6. Great to see you Katherine! There is a thread wkbroome just posted in the last few days with her wedding review. It's great! RoSean, sorry for freaking about the tablecloths, thank you for asking her... those are the details I don't want to be surprised about since they can add up to quite a bit. I didn't realize you were going so soon! That's excellent!

  8. So this is from an earlier post where I asked how to translate a couple phrases. I am now back to working on my little photobook, and am trying to figure out what, if anything, to put on my back cover. I had a couple ideas below - but am looking for suggestions. Or should I just leave it blank (I have a photo of us on the back). I can't come up with anything! I prefer the "short and sweet" stuff - on the simple side. Any ideas? 9. I didn't read all the responses so I apologize if this was already mentioned... I like them both, but I like Citali's style. The sun sets on the other side of Dreams that is why they said you couldn't get sunset pictures.
  10. Angela I love those! The plain font is what we (I, hee-hee) am looking for! Amy, that's it, you rock! I looked at so many invite sites last night until I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore...
  11. Kimiko! I have some questions now You mentioned you were sent a final contract 2 weeks before your wedding date. Did you have to put down a certain percentage deposit at that time? For the meet and greet, did you ahve any problems finding tables for 30 guests or did you need to make reservations? I really like your idea. Where did you buy the handwoven OOT bags? I love them! Good tip about needing a vanity mirror... it's now on my list. I love the look of just the organza on the gazebo. I don't want flowers or ivy there. The rental of the stereo equipment, is that $180 per hour? So you partied like Rock Stars! Yaaaaaay! Did you have a DJ? Band? iPod? Did you hand out any tip envelopes on top of the charges, tax and tip they already charge or did Daniella handle everything for you? Did your FI get a seperate room the night before the wedding as included in the Ultimate package? It definitely sounds like you had a relaxing and beautiful wedding. I do want to plan and have answers 'now' from the WCs (thank goodness for this forum), but you have made me feel so much more at ease and confident that our day will be just right. Thank you Mrs. Broome!

    Hi

Welcome Kate! Almost-congrats! Just kidding Sounds like you have an idea of what you want for your wedding. Search the forum and let us know how we can begin to help you!
  13. Welcome Em! There are many Cabo brides and new Mrs. here on the forum. You can do searches for Cabo or just read the general posts as there are so many ideas from all the memebers.
  14. They are very nice Susan! I really tlike the way you did your ribbon! The corners of the program add such a nice touch. I may need to stick to a glue gun. I wonder if those sticky circle things would work? I already took 36 of them with me to Mexico (other 4 are at home for testing) since they were pretty bulky. I have done anything to them yet and I won't have a ton of time either.
  15. Nice review Courtney, sounds like a great time! Hey I like the picture on Aaron's shirt he has on in the hommock, what does it say and where did he get it? I want to get something amusing for Jeremy.
  16. Cool! I am still looking for something like this. Good to know this seller has your approval.
  17. Okay, I need help finding this woven paper for the background... I have been on several handmade paper sites, searched for woven papers and I cannot find it yet. Have any of you come across it?
  18. I don't know Jilly! Read this post: http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...6-post335.html I would think those things are part of the package. I don't want to be surprised when I get the bill!

  20. I was also thinking it was a real finger starfish... How many people are you inviting? Could be time consuming to DIY. Maybe you could only glue one on each tip, different effect though I guess.
  21. If you think your guests might snag them, or forget to return them after dancing around with them... (hehe- only at a great reception does this happen), then you can buy some nice ones. As far as linens, I would personally prefer them to deal with sizes and it's bulky. Cloth Connection - Ties & Bands
