I like to be grammatically correct and have my ideas for papers come across clear and concise but that just doesn't seem to work for me in Spanish... This is why I've been avoiding this class for so many semesters I have to keep telling myself "Come on, just get through it - you can do it!" because after this I should only have one more semester left (2 more senior level Span. classes and 1 junior/senior level Art History). Yahoo! You'll be fine, honest, it's not that hard. I am here for you . One more semester whooooo hooooo! I also took art history... though it may have changed since then

  8. Welcome to the forum! I am not a Jamaica bride, but there are many on the forum that have some great ideas. Just do a search for Ocho Rios. There is also a special area for all the planning things like inivitations, attire, ceremony, etc. Happy planning!
  9. Mexican Style meatballs This does not have to cook all day, just a few hours for it to soak in the juices. Pour big bag frozen cooked turkey meatballs into crock pot Add 5 cans chicken broth 4 cans diced tomatoes with juice 4 cloves minced garlic 1 small chopped onion 5 or 6 chipolte chiles in adobo 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro I let them simmer for 2-3 hours, turn the crock pot down during a get together. It is good for parties. Throw it together and people will gobble them up!

I totally wanna send in one of the rooms to a show like Divine Designs or something like that. How cool would that be?! We have this fantastic house but I cannot visualize spacial aspects well. Our wall colors right now are all "Cafe Ole" - a light, neutral coffee color. In our LR we went bold with a bright luxuriously red chaise lounge, dark deep blue couches, red and cream accent pillows and a red, cream and black funky rug. Most of our art is on the bold side with bright bold primary colors so we tried to design around that... As for the bedroom, I have NO clue what to do there. I really want to make it warm, inviting and sensual. Unfortunately tho we've just about reached our redecorating budget for now. Moving from a 700 sq. ft apt. to a 2,200 sq. ft. home is proving to be quite a challenge. We also have very high walls/ceilings and big open spaces (very contemporary new construction). So everything seems dwarfed. For example, we have a 50" Plasma in our living room that we thought would be HUGE but honestly it is not too impressive - I actually think we could have gone with the 70" and it would have really fit the space. Crazy huh I'm with you Jamie! Very similar situation for us. We moved the big screen into the media room and once it was in I said, "This tv is too small for this room". My FI loved me for that. I had my heart set on a conteporary style sofa from Crate and Barrel, but it was way too expensive. We ended up buying a sofa and loveseat that was nicer and less expensive from Sofa Express. They also gave us 3 free tables that are in the basement now with our old living ropm set.

  13. Not a fan of bows either... Can you knot it and maybe place a decorative pin of some sort on the knot?
  14. Those are great colours together! I would keep the red minimal, the other colours are freah and soothing.... very nice! We moved into our new build in Dec. have haven't done too much, just bought some furniture since we are saving for the wedding. But I have a few links saved. Have you looked at West Elm? Crate & Barrel. They have nice decor, not too expensive.
  15. HI Morgan! I really like the pictures you ended up choosing. My one suggestion would be to lighten up the blue background because your logo looks a little bit faded out.
