  2. My MOH and I talked about someone else carrying the things I may need in their purse since we are getting married on the resort. I too love purses and I would love this one: Perfect Details;handbags:handbags for wedding, Wedding handbags, Wedding Accessories, Bridal Accessories, beaded handbag, evening bag, wedding purse, bridal purse, bridal handbag So I haven't totally discounted the idea, but it is a lot for a purse I won't use very often...
  3. Hehe... Gen, you like soft drinks don't you? What about switching to diet soft drinks *just* until after your wedding? Hmmm... I am on and off my excercise routine, so I am not much help. I was getting to be pretty consistent until got a cold last week. I signed into Self.com did a 4-week challenge, logged workouts, logged food. The short term goal seemed to motivate me and the food logging made me accountable. I am about to start another one today. They have exercises for losing weight, toning, endurance, one more I am missing... I also just read another post NurseSarah wrote about what she did very close to her wedding. I won't quote her, but it was a lot of cardio, weights and diet. So I have to log out and go workout! Good luck ladies!
  4. Happy Anniversary! Hope you don't have to work too hard and take some time to enjoy your hubby!
  5. Jilly! Jilly! Jilly! Jilly! ! Everything looks so wonderful! I am so excited for your countdown! You were one of the first people I spoke to here on the forum and you have helped me so much in planning my Dreams wedding. I love to 'see' everything we've talked about coming together!

Cool. Jill and Susan are having their weddings in October this year. Hey, I think Dreams provides sunscreen too. That could be another item off your list to add something else in its place.
  7. I just noticed you are a Dreams bride as well... when is your wedding date?
  8. Hi! I say it's not worth it for the reasons you already mentioned. There is a post somewhere on the forum about it. I am actually against taking anything very bulky for the OOT bags.
  9. It was difficult to find just the right shade of orange... We are ordering these in Sienna (as in the first picture): Has optional spaghetti straps.

Also, since I didn't use the bouquet in the package, I was able to get a floral table arrangement instead. Hope this helps. First of all... Congratulations! Secondly, would you be willing to share your pictures with us? We would love to hear about your wedding and your experience with Dreams
  12. Pretty dress. Yes, post the JCrew dresses, we may be close to the same size
  13. Here is a place that has them, but you have to specifiy an an email that you want hearts/corazones or they will send a variety: Milagros
  14. Poor thing! I hope she is okay... what a trauma for the little pup! How horrible that the insurance company said she blamed you! Ugh!

But oh well. . .as the great Leonardo Da Vinci once said: "I am extraordinarily patient, provided I get my own way in the end." That was the hardest part for us, the place and date. Congratulations! In 8 months, you WILL be there! Leonardo was a wise man.

Thank you both I only use a tinted moisturizer every day, it's very 'thin'. I will check out Studio Fix. Sarah, your makeup was flawless! You know I loved it.
  17. Question to photographers out there: I heard somewhere not to use translucent powder for pictures since it will make the face appear whiter than the rest of you if a flash is used? How true is this statement? Any foundation suggestions for airbrushed looking skin?
