Not for the tags, but to put in inside the bags. I just downloaded a template yesterday from Microsoft.com. Do a search for templates, bookmarks, Microsoft, they have several to go by.

I got home late from work and didn't have time to cook, so I ate a bowl of multi-grain Cheerios with low-fat milk and added some raisins. Letting it digest before I go work out. It has 100% of several vitamins and minerals, so that's good. I don't eat it every day, but good for times like this. Good luck ladies!!!
