When I was planning my wedding, Claudia was the only WC. Luckily that have seen the need for 2 people for this coordination since they do not just do the weddings. They are so busy because they coordinate all special events. They have an event almost everyday. Claudia rarely takes any time off, so I am sure she is glad they have a replacement for Daniela. When she is there, she spends little time in the office on the computer, it is running around meeting wedding couples, showing people around, coordinating the kitchen, the flowers, the vendors, you know... all those things we don't want to worry about ourselves I worried TOO MUCH about the little things. There is little you really need to discuss with them before you get there, unless you have not filled out the questionnaire. Special exotic flowers are about the only thing would need to be ordered weeks in advance. I assure you they know this business and your weddings will be perfect.

Okay I had to laugh, but so sad about the cell phone... I got my last one wet (not in the toilet) but the mic stopped working. I have my current one covered, extra $5 a month, but wouldn't you know that as many times as I have dropped it, it has never stopped working. Murphy's Law. It's covered, so nothing will happen. Hope you get a new cool phone Kate.

Have a DW. We had 41 people and it was just the right size. Didn't worry about shuttling people around. Our friends and family did say it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Also they didn't really leave the resort because it was an Ai and so much to do there. We did want to have an at home reception once we returned to the US for those that couldn't make it, but we never got around to it and had other expenses. I loved my wedding. It is what we wanted and we did it. Do what you want. No matter where you chose, it will be special.

I wore mine down, with just a bit in the back pulled back, with a long veil. You will see from my pictures, my hair, and veil, were all over the place. Made for a few good pictures, but I still need to Photoshop some with some strands sticking out. Having my hair back though was just not really me. Well, me only on a dirty hair day...

Yay! I voted for C! I love alcatraces as well, yes they are calla lilies, so I got them for my BMs. Orange callas for me would have been imported from Holland and very expensive.

Hi Clara! Search for a post by Sol Tamargo. She's a photographer on the forum along with her husband and their Mexico wedding had a Mayan ceremony. It was very cool and of course had amazing pictures from their photographer friends.

You can probably have it on the beach, there might be additional items you would want to add though having it down there, like lighting under the tables, a dance floor, all which are at an additional cost. TA Jill may be able to help you more. She is now a travel agent here specializing in Dreams Cancun and she was also married there.
