Hi everyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your help through these many months of planning our wedding... We are at the airport ready for Cancun! We will go to Playa del Carmen for our honeymoon and be back on the 9th, wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I am going to try and post some of our planning stuff here (in a few posts)... sorry if not everything is here, but I promise to fill in the gaps when we get back. We got them all monogrammed handkerchiefs and will give them a photo album with pictures after the wedding.

For those of you that were already married at Dreams and had the buffet dinner... Did they put all the courses out at once or did they only put out appetizers, then salad and soup, then main courses, then dessert? Sorry if this is a dumb question...

Ack! The $180 + tax for the sound system during the reception is PER hour... not for the setup. I don't know what I was thinking. I just don't think the DJ is worth it for 45 people and we have set music we want...

My reception is from 5:30 - 9pm. I know my friends will want to continue to party and feel kinda strange saying we will continue at one of the hotel bars and then go to Azucar (since they are open late). Claudia has told me in the past it is $10 (+ tax and tip) per person per hour to continue partying there. Did anyone just stay put in the Tower lobby bar area? I am asuming that is close to the Tower terrace? I don't want to make the ackward transition outta there. The $1000 extra also hurts a bit for 2 more hours there. Any advice?

Congrats sweetie! I feel like it's been a long time you have been waiting for the official date! Next, review the ppts, make your selections... be patient, don't give them your choices until a few weeks before the wedding. Do everything else! DIY stuff, OOT bags if you are doing them...
