So, I have been eating so well, aside from last weekend. And I weigh myself every Friday. I also went to bootcamp twice and it was HARD last night. I only lost 1 lb this week. I know I am happy that its something, but feel like it should be so much more than that. Only 5 more weigh in's till I leave, I better get at least 2 lbs next Friday. Although, this weekend is my step-dad's 50th birthday and my shower. Oops. You're a good motivator. LOL
1lb is good! Hey it's something to celebrate. I take it you're drinking for the shower right? Well, YOU better be! LOL I know wine/liquor/beer/soda/pop isn't good for the diet sooo what I do is I order a vodka pressed with a dash of cranberry juice. It tastes AMAZING. PLus it rehydrates you too. Or you can do rum and diet coke. What do you like to drink Julie anyways? haha
