neck pain is the worst IMO. I had severe whiplash and it's never been the same since. Some mornings I swear I experience the whole head rolling/ charlie horse feeling. It sucks and it's brutal. I usually book an emergency massage appointment and my therapist gets into the tissue and works it out. It hurts like a bitch but a few days later I'm fine. It happens once every 3 months... I also get migraines because of it. Ugh So has anyone ever tried acupuncture? I've heard it can help heal it not necessarily puts a band aid on it.

You put alot of work into your review which I'm sure other fellow member will really use. The rooms remind me of the Riu jalisco. I swear the bathroom set-up looks the same and the bedding is the exact match. I really enjoy the Riu chain, I think I'll be going back and next on my list is either Los Cabos or Jamaica. That sucks Hedi about not having many options for vegetarians. I know my cousin is one and she didn't say anything. Oops now I feel kind of bad for not even asking.

I'm kind of sad this season is almost over.... it took a while for me to get really motivated but at first i was highly motivated. then week #3 I started eating bad again and not working out as much. I even contemplated quiting all together. I think either week #4 or #5 hit and I got highly motivated again. It just sucks that our time is almost up.. I feel as if I'm just starting to see major results. And boy has my energy ever increased!! Anybody else experience the same highs and lows as I did?

for newbies Just wanted to add that Tammy planned my DW and honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and everything was awesome. I couldn't have been any luckier to find her on this forum. She even included our transportation to and from the hotel which I must say was the most convenient. At the airport they were holding signs up for us specifically and she made what could have been a stressful experience into a relaxed one.

From her IM conversation with you, it looks as if she really doesn't care about this wedding. From her actions thus far it isn't important to her. This is very sad and unfortunate. My heart goes out to you because it must hurt like a B*^$#! I like the advice the rest of the girls gave... let your BM know whats going on and ask her to be your honorary MOH. Screw everyone else! Seriously they obviously have more important things than participating in their loved ones wedding. Sorry if hat sounds harsh but these people really need to grow up IMO. Hang in there, so far you're being really strong. Keep it up. We're here for you

I'm awful at making up words or places. hah! DH always bugs me because when i sing, i make up the words to songs I don't know....

OK I voted for #2. I like it because I think of it as a softer look and you're a very elegant looking person Court. #1 would work too.... but for some reason I just like #2 and your color of hair.... not many people can get away with that color!

OK I watched the show and both me and DH were in tears when Jason sang the over the rainbow song. I can't believe it even effects my DH!!! he says whenever he hears it it gives him tingles and it makes him happy. He even had tears in his eyes.... awwwww

yep boss just came in and gave me the cost acct position I've been trying so hard for and I got a raise! now i'm happy despite the dried krusty ketchup hair:0) This has been one hell of a day. And my diet is out the door for the night too. Me and DH are going to the Drowning Pool concert

what a way to end the day... got another raise and promotion. I need a drink! thanks girls for letting me vent here. I'm bad i know.

awe that's really sweet of you! I love Vancouver, definitely one of my favorite cities. The aquarium is a good time. What's the weather supposed to be like? Just hanging out in Stanley park may be a fun option for them too!
