After reading up on this thread I just want to say CONGRATS to Rachel on your weight loss. I can't imagine cutting the good stuff out of my diet but I want yo to be healthy. We need our LC Rachel to stick around I'm concerned if any of you gals take adderol. It is not a drug that should be taken for weight loss and it is addictive. I have a friend right now that is heavily addicted to the drug for weight loss reasons. Sad thing is she's about 100 pounds to begin with. Very scary. If you don't have ADD adderol does the exact opposite to your body and gives you energy, keeps you focussed. You could have a stroke and heart palpitations are a normal side effect. I'm not a doctor but I know first hand from seeing what it does to people.

yeah I kind of hope the other one that I don't mind gets POV and they put up someone else. Theres a few alliances already.... I like it
