    That's awesome Deb! Ok now I understand a bit more what type of reception this is. Definitley a cool one. I'm from a small town originally too and I like that idea. You could rent a hall... haha I was thinking like 10 people just forking out the money.... into our pockets. I know, pretty extreme?!

    Yes I know. i think I may get depressed too in the winter season. And I've read up on it too, something about not getting vitamin D? Oh well.... I need to do some serious grocery shopping too! I have no healthy munchies in the house and I'm going crazy. If theres nothing in the house I also tend to eat out more. ACk... I hate this.

    I know this is hard but try not to stress and breathe. Is there anywhere else your son can stay while you 2 are on your honeymoon? I think at 16, he should be somewhat independent (except for the car thing of course) but still. Or am I wrong? Is there any way your Mom could possibly stop by 2 times a day to check up on him? Or could he spend the week at your moms house?

    I agree sounds like fun. I don't know about the whole friends spending lots of money - i think I woudl prefer gifts. I mean i would feel more comfortable with gifts than money... ACTUALLY I don't know what I think of it. I just like the party idea..hehe It's cool that you can celebrate and party as a couple too!

    I don't know what to think of your friend melissa. I wouldn't take it personally if she's not that close of freind. I don't think some people take the RSVP thing serious enough for a DW. I'm not counting anyone as a guest until they buy thei package...

    Well i guess it's better than gaining right Jill? I don't know whats wrong with me today. I just feel bummed out (don't know the reason) but I was bad today and ate the grossest greasiest burger ever. Ok I ate half of it... but still. I think I feel REALLY guilty. Anyone else experience this feeling?

    I think if I switch up some swim suits I should be able to avoid major tan lines. i just care about tan lines in my wedding dress.

    Did you have fun then Sarah? hehe. That was super smart to bring down that stuff with you! Where do you store it? At the hotel? Good find on the movie theatre too. That will be nice to tell your guests if any are interested. I love going to the movie... but I guess I should be doing better things than going to movies in mexico. LOL You must be much more at ease knowing how everything will be set up, meeting the WC, and just being down there. WOO HOO! Did you get a good tan?

    It's a new month. And spring is almost here! Time for cute clothes. How's everyone doing up to date? I know quite a few of you ladies have had some great results. I weighed in tonite and I lost 1.3 lbs!!! WOOO HOOO I can't wait to see tomorrow morning. hehehe. i feel like celbrating! Anyone else feel like celebrating their results?

    Yes we had a VERY DIFICULT time trying to reach her. Andrea is her name. My FH called the resort about 5 times... SHE WAS NEVER THERE. It was very frusterating. Do you have her email? If not it's [email protected] She finally responded to one of our 5 emails we had sent her. I know that doens't sound good. But now she responds instantly via email to me. Haven't had a problem with her yet. But I'm still crossing my fingers.

    Anny you did a great job on those. Yikes I can't wait to see what your invites look like. You must have put in alot of hard work. I really like the stamp, very creative. The envelopes were a nice finishing touch.

    Hi Mie! Welcome to the forum. WOW, May isn't that far away at all! You must be very excited. I'm guessing that you've confirmed and everything. Are you dealing with Andrea? I'm getting married at the Riu Jalisco in Oct and that's who I've been in contact with. I think she does some Vallarta weddings as well.

    Does anyone have a wedding date that holds sentimental value to them? Or a special reason why they picked that specific date? We picked October 10, 2007. Just because, no reason really… haha we wanted to go away for the week of Canadian Thanksgiving that way our family and friends only had to take off 4 days rather than 5. We were trying to be considerate I guess. But I just found out that October 10th is my grandparents wedding anniversary too!!!! At first I was scared they would be mad… but they’ are very honored . Hehehe kinda cute and all the more special to me. Just thought I would share.

    Those are some great tips Glenda about what to bring with you for the fitting. I have no fitting since I ordered online. Tammy; I loved your earings that you posted. Do you have any pics of you in your dress? Or was the birdal store stingey on that?

    Courtney- I know it's horrible isn't it?! I think i should really get my eyes checked out. I think i need glasses too. LOL Anny - I love those suits. Very nice! Have you ever ordered a VS bikini before? I think i may order the "black" one above but I'm clueless on the sizes to go by on their chart?
