    I don't own an ipod either Mishi and i have no clue what I'm doing for music. I guess my wedding is 6 months away vs your 23 days away! You must be excited. Good luck with the CD's... 6 hours may seem like alot but I'm sure it'll go smoothly.

    Yep we're having a reception outdoors at the Bar Bahia. We rented 2 bartenders for the night and we rented the music equipment as well. I think we're just going to DJ ourselves (my cousin is pretty good at it - he actually DJ's in the city). I just have to think of some ways to decorate the place. Still haven't figured that part out yet! Yes, the caprice is nice. We were going to do the caprice but I opted for getting some other extras instead so we moved to the Royal package. I guess we'll see how it goes. Are you using Aldo Tovar as the photographer? i really like his work.

    My vote was for #2, I guess I'm different. I just like the simplicity of them yet they still look good. #3 are very pretty too.

    Hi and welcome to the forum! I am a Riu Jalisco bride (Riu Vallarta's neighbor) and I'm getting married in October. I've never been to either of the Riu's in PV but I think you will be pleased. There are plenty of reviews on trip Adviser (both good and bad reviews). Have you been in touch with the wedding coordinator yet? My WC is Andrea and so far she is great. Which package did you decide to go with?

    Wow, Dee, that's intense. I've realized people are selfish throughout this whole DW process and everyone has their own ideas about where everyone else should be staying, going, flying etc. I just backed away because I can't deal with it any more. I'm guessing I'll have a few more cancellations, but I'm prepared for that.

LOL but that's awesome that you did up the review, so thoughtful of us gals back home. heheheh I'm so happy that everythign turned out for you despite the anxiety attack. You looked absolutley gorgeous in your wedding gown with your hair all done up. You remind me of someone I know.... and she's a doll. I feel like telling her you are her lost twin or sumthin. haha Well have a blast for the rest of your trip, can't wait to see more photos when you get home

    Bring an elastic for your hair. I remember I got super hot and needed to tie my hair up. All those dresses can be exhausting. High heels is another must. The dresses look better with heels on. A strapless bra always helps too Good luck and please post some pics

    Oh no Ann this is something you certainly don't need. I'm so sorry! That really sucks. I remember that happened in the condo I was living in once. Our upstairs neighbor's dishwasher was leaking. The ceiling bubbled but nevere collapsed. It ended up turning into a big battle with the condo management and this tenant. That's good that you took some pictures... good proof.

    What are you talking about Toby? You do not look fat! Both those dresses look gorgeous on you. I can't decide.... the first one is very flowy and pretty and the second one has more of a formal touch. I love the backs on both of them too. Keep us posted

    Oh you poor thing, that's horrible. I remember how bad chicken pox were and I can't believe it's worse as an adult. Thanks for sharing that's really good info to know. I knwo I should get some shots before I go to mexico to. Isn't it hepatitis they recomend getting vacinated for before you go south? Rest up and get better!

    Hmm what if you get 2 pairs then and switch it up for the reception? that would give your feet a break or even a fall back if your feet start to hurt in any way
