Best Ceremony Time?

These are all great posts!! The sun is supposed to set at 7:09 pm on the day of our wedding. So, maybe we should push it ahead to 4:00 pm instead of 6:00.....I just wanted to be able to have some photos with the sun set, but we can probably get those pictures from family and friends and don't need the professional photographer, right? Who would have thought that picking a time for a ceremony would be one of the things we need to think about?!? -
Any feedback on why you chose the ceremony time that you did? I'm planning to have a ceremony at 6:00 pm....is that good/bad/does it matter?

Since the "free wedding package" is included if we stay in a casita at EDR for 7 nights, does anyone know what that includes? It seems like even if you get the free wedding package, you still have to pay for a lot of extras. We're just wondering if it makes any sense to stay for 7 nights, as opposed to just 5, depending on what's included in the free wedding package.

oh no! we definitely wouldn't be leaving! i just found the cabo and pv yahoo groups to be SO helpful - the e-mails come right into my inbox, so i never miss a thing! it was just an idea - we don't have to do it - i just don't want to miss anything that comes up that deals specifically for the RM brides!

Hello Ladies, Would anyone be interested in joining or starting a Yahoo Group for the RM brides and brides-to-be? Before I knew where I wanted to have my DW, I had joined the Cabo and PV Yahoo Groups and have found them to be SO helpful and would love to be part of an RM Yahoo Group now.

Hi Julie, So glad that you have such good things to say about EDR b/c it's my top runner for April 2008. What did you think about the beaches when you were there? Will you have people wanting to swim in the ocean there? Thanks!

I just started my wedding planning and our new-found TA recommended Antigua, Aruba, the Bahahamas and Puerto Rico. She suggested AIs and I think that would appeal most to our guests. Out of the AIs she suggested, Sandals Antigua seemed the nicest from the web site, but I'm waiting to hear reviews from others. How did you decide on your place?

Are there any All-Inclusives in Antigua, Aruba, or the Bahamas that have only one wedding on a non-Saturday? I've heard that some of the AIs can have more than 5 weddings on a Saturday!

Hi Jessalyn, Unfortunately, I still haven't narrowed down a place....there are so many good reviews of Cabo and PV and those are places that seem to offer the most, but I'm afraid that they might be too far away for us. I think a DW planner would be helpful b/c I don't want to have to plan too much, but I've heard mixed reviews about them...like Destinationweddings.com. Aaaghh! :-) Thanks! Jennifer
