Ok... I just had to tell someone! Today was my first weigh in day and I have lost 4lbs!! Im so excited!

LOL. Brian thinks he is doing me a favor when he eats chicken and to him any kind of it is healthy including chicken marley (breaded chicken in butter and wine sauce ). Sometimes he is so clueless.

I finally joined WW. I'm doing the online 7 day free trial and so far it seems ok. I have not told my FH that I'm doing WW but I am making him go for bike rides with me in the evening. If he knew I was doing WW he wouldnt want to eat anything I cook. Anyone have good recipes that are man friendly? He wont eat chicken or pork so my options are really limited.

I made the magnet too and attached it with photo glue squares so they peel right off.

In addition to what Merryme said... IF you are like I am and hate yogurt... I found a supplement at Sams Club last week called AccuFlora that is supposed to have the same good bacteria in it and it was only about $13.00 for a huge bottle of 240 caplets.

Im not tossing the bouquet (only 5 single women) or wearing a garter (no single men). I planning on asking the florist to design two detachable floral sprays into my bouquet and giving these to my FMIL and my mom as a walk down the isle. As for the rest of the bouquet im trying to have it freeze dried and put in a shadow box (if it fits in my budget).
