Our house is 2200 sq feet and we pay $80 per clean...and have the house cleaned bi-weekly. So far it's working out great for us. She's really nice. She's not doing any 'extras" or anything like that, just basic cleaning. But that's what we hired her for so it's all good. I swear that's the best money we spend each month! lol!

Even thought Karen has already picked out her beach reads...I thought Id add to the list. :-) I just finished reading the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. When I stumbled across "Twilight" the first in the series I had no clue it was supposed to be a teen/young adult book. But I had a lot of fun reading it! I'm a sucker for a story involving vampires. ;-) I will say that these books are night and day different from Anne Rice's vampire series. Not as serious, gory and victorian...these are definitely more contemporary. But I was addicted all the same. I read all three of them in a matter of 4 days and they are approximately 500 pages each! I've even been a total nerd and pre-ordered the 4th in the series that is coming out the day before our Vegas trip...figured I'd read on the plane and by the pool a bit. :-) Anyway, I'd definitely reccomend them to anyone who's just looking for a good story to read. They are actually making a movie of the book Twilight...that at first I was interested in, but now am more nervous about since the movies are NEVER as good as the books they're based on. Oh well, I guess we'll see! And I'm totally going to scroll back through this list and take some suggestions from you girls...I'm looking for something to distract myself with 'til that next book in the series comes out! lol! ;-)

my wedding/anniversary is a little less than two weeks before my b-day. And while I don't hate it....I don't love it. I mean I LOVE when my anniversary is (Cinco de Mayo!!!) but I always feel bad/guilty about having another celebration just two weeks later. It just makes me feel weird and/or greedy or something. But I don't really want to ignore my b-day so we just kind of make it work.

We just got a Natural Response Latex Mattress...And LOVE it! I had/have no clue exactly how it works, but it's absolutely the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. It's soft and comfy...but not tooooo soft where it's not supportive. Anyway, here's their website - but it says it's under maintenance right now.... LOL!!! THAT is funny!!!!! You poor thing! The worst ones are the surprise ones...where you think you're fine and go on about your business only to notice it after you've run into at least 10 people! David totally did that to me one time...SO embarassing!!!! We had just started dating and he had left me at his apt when he went to work. I got up to get ready to have lunch w/ my MOM and noticed it! I used all kinds of makeup and thanked god the shirt I had w/ me had a collar on it! lol! I called him and bawled him out for it too! Punk! I don't have any good suggestions unfortunately...I just had to go the make up route myself.
