  1. Love them! You were a beautiful bride and everything looked just lovely. Random observation - I like the way your wedding party lined up perpindicular to you rather than the traditional way. Thanks for sharing )
  2. Not that I know of. I believe one of our member photographers Robin dePaula is in Louisiana...that's somewhat close to Florida. Best wishes.

  4. Great review! We stayed at Dreams and had our WD at Barcelona Tapas too...I can't say enough good things about that place either! Glad to see another BDWer had an event there. Congrats!
  5. I put this in another post somewhere, but I played a song I adore and used it for everyone walking down the aisle. It was 5 minutes 32 seconds in length, and the last note played as I took my final step and stopped next to Will. The timing couldn't have been better if I planned it that way...lol I didn't use an ipod, I made cd's. I had one cd with 2 tracks on it - one to walk in and one to play at the moment we kissed. It made it easier and lessened the chance of a mix-up. (BTW - they were spot on with the kiss song!) If you're set on those 2 songs what about getting someone to mix them for you, so that maybe half of the first one plays and then blends into yours. Do you know any DJ's or people with music software? That way there are no akward silent moments or no stopping one song and starting another. That would bother me too. Also if you go with the trio I'm sure they will do their best to accomodate you if it is a song they already know. Hope that helps )

  7. HA! Maybe that's why she is looking the other way! Note to him - wear baggy pants...rofl!!
  8. Love love love your pictures! It may be the first Dreams PV wedding I've seen? Your dress and brown and white color scheme were both really pretty. Thanks for sharing

BOTTLE FEEDING: An opportunity for Daddy to get up at 2 am too. DEFENSE: What you'd better have around de yard if you're going to let the children play outside. FULL NAME: What you call your child when you're mad at him. GRANDPARENTS: The people who think your children are wonderful even though they're sure you're not raising them right. HEARSAY: What toddlers do when anyone mutters a dirty word. IMPREGNABLE: A woman whose memory of labor is still vivid. TWO-MINUTE WARNING: When the baby's face turns red and she begins to make those familiar grunting noises. VERBAL: Able to whine in words WEAKER SEX: The kind you have after the kids have worn you out. WHODUNIT: None of the kids that live in your house. WHOOPS : An exclamation that translates roughly into "get a sponge."
  10. Wow there are soooooo many, congrats to all the nominees )
  11. That's disgusting. I'm glad Cain looked into it. My myspace is under a fake name and set to private with the beach as my profile pic. At least that way anyone looking at my page where the real pics are (who isn't a hacker of some sort) is someone I know. It sucks to go that far but people aren't all good (
  12. It's definitely creepy. I honestly try not to post too many identifiable pictures anywhere online (that's why my avatar pics are usually pretty small...lol) Once I read a post here where someone mentioned they had someone else's wedding picture saved because they liked their hair or dress or something like that. It opened my eyes to the issue because people do put their children's pics/their BD photos online. Not that I distrust anyone specifically here but the world is nutty and who knows what people do in real life outside of forums/myspace/etc. I shudder to think! Tammy I totally know what a watermark is now...I just never knew the name. Thanks )

You were so creative and good at this sort of DIY stuff that I'm struggling with now. God, I wish you were here to help me. I've been keeping myself so crazy busy (new job, new house, wedding, reunion, etc etc etc), so I don't have to think of how much I miss you. But at the most random moments, I miss you so much I can't stand it. I love you, Lizz P.S. Thanks BDW forum for having this thread, so I can get this all out and cry for the first time in weeks. Okay that totally just made me cry because my dad used to drag me to Home Depot for his random projects and I can't imagine going into a home depot again after he dies. Poor thing, it's supposed to get easier but it never goes away completely. I'm glad you got to get it out
  16. That sounds good to me. Ours was a package so I'm not sure what part of it was airfare but we also flew on Air Jamaica. It's cool because they play reggae when you board the plane. Oooh, and you get free champagne. We had an overnight flight so we were served champagne with our omlettes in the morning...lol
  17. I've not heard of wearing two. I'm generally opposed to the idea of hiking up my dress and taking things off for the crowd so I didn't wear one. I do my stripteases in private
