Breathe.....you have time to decide these things When my WC asked me that same question I said lots of candles and white linens. That's about all...lol Since you have time, maybe something will jump out at you that you really like. When in doubt, I say simple is better and black/white and nature as the rest of the colors sounds great to me. Now go guzzle that margarita!!

Yay another mover, lol. One box sounds great!!!

Good advice ladies! In 15 years I don't want to be like the people on Oprah who can't walk through their house because of all the stuff! I'm not that bad but it starts with a few extra boxes, right? I just made a pile of things I rarely look at and wouldn't need if I were homeless tomorrow and it's pretty big.....so I'm getting somewhere. A collage is a great idea too. And I do need to purge, it's starting to feel good. Thanks everyone )

Drea please don't punish Carly...lol I know she sent it but it has not been delivered yet....it is a busy time of year. Yesterday I went to drop a card in the mail and 3 boxes in a row were jammed full so I couldn't mail it. It will get here and Carly I'll tell you as soon as I get it )

Dang it Ann, you're no help....leave it to you to be as nostalgic as me....lol You saved the rose petals? Nice!!!

We're in the process of moving. We moved all the furniture and big stuff to the new place this weekend. Now we are sorting through what has not been boxed up. We have 2 places for a month so there is no rush, but I'm trying not to lag. St. Vincent de Paul is coming to pick up some furnishings and clothes tomorrow (thanks Melissa!!) but I am trying to get rid of stuff and it's so hard. Things that aren't crucial but I can't let go of easily - like letters, souvenir t-shirts that I'll probably never wear again but got at a special place, etc. I have this huge wedding planning binder that I'll never use again but don't want to toss out. I have a box of cassette tapes (yeah I'm old) that I've gathered over the decades and can't part with because I know where I got each tape, and that's a memory. The honeymoon banner Dreams put on our door, can't throw that away! All this little stuff makes for boxes that I probably won't even open until I move again. DH gets rid of everything but I get all sentimental. Tell me to let go.....what's wrong with me?!?!

¡Feliz Cumpleaños Ana! Espero que tenga un dÃa fabuloso )

Can you just leave MIL in Jersey and go where you want? J/K that's probably not what you want to do.....lol Scour the RM and DR sections here, there are lots of good reviews and info that may help you. My experience is limited in those regions, but best wishes in planning )

Hmm....I'm also hoping they want to use you good people as a control. Companies make some odd business decisions sometimes, who knows what their motive is but keep us posted!

Oh I wish I could wave a wand in your direction....sorry you are faced with this choice right now. Kudos to you for being mature and responsible enough to consider the situation from many angles. About the God/greater power thing, it does seem unfair that some want and others get. But everyone's road is different in life, and you may not be able to change fate but you can alter it's course. Like how a woman "can't" have children but does via a surrogate, a woman who may not want to be pregnant has alternatives. There are options for everyone's situations and if they didn't come from God, then who? (assuming you believe in God) IMO if you're meant to have children you will, whether you choose to do it now or years from now. Think it through and don't do anything because you think you are "supposed" to, that's the worst reason to do something. If you can I would refrain from telling too many people you know in "real" life. If they don't agree with your decision to have or not have the child it can complicate everything and make it even harder for you. And their opinions don't matter anyway, it's all about you two. If you have the baby things will work out and if you don't they will still work out....this I know for certain. Life goes on and whatever decision you make is the one you were supposed to. Don't feel alone and PM me if I can help, best wishes )

I will post pics tomorrow. Jamy - may I ask where did you get the luggage tag? I am thinking of getting them for my BM's! YAY! Glad you got them ) I got the luggage tags from ebay, that's what delayed your gift because I found those a little late into the process and had to get them for you. So true, the without the paper we would still be us. We were commonlaw before the ceremony anyways. But marriage gets such a bad wrap sometimes that I think it is far better than some people think. I have a friend pushing for marriage too, and a friend pushing for a baby. They are so focused on "the plan" that it seems they aren't just enjoying being together, so I hear you on that. Sometimes you gotta just let it be.

Omg Melissa you are right on time with this...rude people are everywhere! Didn't you want to slap the stupid out of those people? Wow! I was just at Walgreens today and the guy at checkout greets me with nothing. Pure silence. He rings me up, I pay him and say "thank you" and he says nothing. (Now 20 minutes before that I had a similar experience with a surly broad at the Post Office who thought she was the Postmaster General, so I was already irritated.) I say to the Walgreens checker "there is a response to that" and he says "to what"? I tell him "to 'thank you'...I said thank you". He says "Oh" and walks off. Wasn't there a day when you could lose your job for being a dick to a paying customer? Nobody cares anymore, I swear!

My period was late last month and I went from thinking a baby would be cool to thinking my life - as I knew it - was over. I freaked so I totally understand what you are going through. I know DH would be an awesome dad but I value my freedom so much right now. So I got my period and felt sad....sweet irony! Anyway, take a test, and if you are you are. You have a loving man and that's super important...just ask someone who gets pregnant by a man that runs. Keep us posted and you know we are here either way )

Well Bre knows more than me so hopefully she will chime in, but from my experience I would say it's as close as it gets. It's crowded and condensed. It's still pretty but it gets prettier IMO the further away you get. The last time we were there we stayed right off Kuhio (street) 1/2 block from the ocean where there are people on the street all night. You can walk down the street and buy women or drugs. (BTW the hookers in Hawaii are pretty hot and dress well, not the skanky types we have here in Hollywood...lol) Anyway, it's still really pretty and if you like nightlife, clubs, etc. that's where it's at. But the further you get from Waikiki it's less like that. Maybe it's still there but it's not in your face. Waikiki is still probaly nicer than where a lot of us live, but if you want pretty and tranquil I'd go further out.

Carly, I just checked my mail and got an envelope from you....and before I tore it open I saw that it said "not to be opened before the package". So, I won't be a spoil sport..lol I'll wait to open the card until the package arrives. This is fun )
