  1. Help - I finished mine & put it on photobucket. When I try to insert it, I get this error message: Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file. Should I just try again later?
  2. Oh okay, it's still done through a dispensary though. I thought you meant machines for the general public...I know I would have heard the outcry from Arnold if that were the case...lol I say why not, it sounds like the same measures are in place as if you walked into the pharmacy to get your medical cannabis...it is a funny thing to see outside of CA I guess. But no, you couldn't have legally purchased any while you were here because you aren't a Californian..haha

We didn't want voyeurs (so to speak).
  5. Are we just sending one book suggestion to start with? I don't want to bombard you with all the titles I love...lol
  6. What the hell kind of news show were you watching? LOL Are you talking about dispensaries (like stores) where they sell it, or actual vending machines? Do tell...
  7. Welcome! I'm sorry your plans have changed and you can't have your summer wedding Time is short but it can be done...do you have a venue in Cocoa Beach yet?

Ditto, it's a sacred day so I say surround yourselves with the people who matter. Good luck!
  9. Maybe make-up of some sort like Yari suggested? Or perhaps a certain haircut will help age you? That's really vague but it's all I can think of. I bet you'll appreciate your youthful apperance in 20 years! LOL
  10. The majority of our guests stayed 3 nights. A few stayed 4 nights and a few stayed 5, but no more than that.
  11. I think that's a decent price too. In PV I think the price was more than double that, maybe because mariachi originated close by in Guadalajara? I agree that live music in general costs a lot but if you're really into it it's worth it. Good luck!
  12. Kate your dad looked spiffy! Love it. Mine wore white linen pants and a lime greenish shirt and it looked great. He picked it himself, I was impressed...lol

  14. There is nothing wrong with that at all! I think you should use songs that are important to you so go for it! I walked down the aisle to The Air I Breathe by Teena Marie and the exit song was Golden Time of Day by Frankie Beverly & Maze. It played when we kissed and then we walked out. We were announced/introduced to Super Duper Love by Joss Stone.
  15. Fabulous review(s)! You even got pictures of the electrical outlets, lol, very thorough! I'm sure this will help a lot of Paradisus brides
  16. More useful info & pics, I'm going to part 3...
  17. This promises to be interesting indeed!

  20. I've not been to Cabo, been to PV several times and was married there so I'm biased. People who came to my wedding that had previously been to Cabo were surprised by PV and preferred it for it's romantic and authentic Mexico feel, but maybe that's just my crowd. Cabo is desert meets ocean, PV is jungle meets ocean. From what I've seen/heard/read about Cabo it seems to be more commercialized and upscale, whereas PV seems more quaint and rustic (although I'm sure both places have the cheap and expensive spots). You can be the judge from all the pics/reviews here and elsewhere on the net. Good luck!
  21. Good idea Amy, one per category is enough...I'll have to think about my nominations.
