I was going to say exactly the same thing, so instead I will say ditto. ( I wanted to just type ditto, but it said it was too short.)

That is so exciting Chrystal. I remember how happy I was to have my date and time confirmed, I made my STD's that day and sent them out that week. And 4 is the best time for the wedding, that is when we had ours and it was perfect. Congrats!!!

Good luck ladies.

That is not a fact, you get a divorce in the country you live in, not in the place you were married. Your marriage is recognized as legal in Canada and it therefore can be ended in Canada. Its true of any country you get married in, if Canada considers it a legal marriage, it is the same as if you got married here. I hope that makes sense.

That is a tough group of girls to chose from, you are all great and very deserving.

My dress also came out cleaner after TTD. It looked better, not worse and nothing happened to it at all. My dress was all lace, so if anything you would think it would get ruined, but its perfect.

I am also going to tell you I love the first dress on you, seems like I am not alone. I think it looks great and I love love love the back of it. But you need to keep looking until you find the one. The style of the first dress is very flattering on you though, just an FYI

Curt and I didn't get the massages because Curt will not do it. Its a good thing this we didn't get them or I would never be able to talk him into a couples massage. lol

Everything looks great. I love your DIY barefoot sandals, they came out great. Congratulations!

I bought my dress at the Tonawanda DB. (That is the one on Niagara Falls Blvd. right?) I went during the sale, but my dress was not a $99 dress, but it was $100 off during the sale.

Your dress is stunning, I love it. I did the same thing for my dress, bought it at David's Bridal and smuggled it home, lol

I am so glad you chose the dress of your dreams, its going to look amazing on you, its a stunning dress. Seriously, no one will notice the white/ivory differences. As for flowers, I would go with a white as an accent, when it comes to flowers there is no real true white, they are all a million shades of white and you could use a combo of those and it would look great as well.

Ashley and Carlos, I am so happy to hear things are working out for both of you.
Carlos it is very good of you to work things out and offer some alternatives to a bride under these circumstances, it goes to show that you care about your customers and that will get you more clients. I hope someone else from the forum books you in the future.

Congratulations!!! You look stunning. I can't wait to see more pictures. I am glad to hear your day worked out even through the rain.

Carlos, because of all the stuff that happened she wanted to have her wedding somewhere else do that it didn't end up getting canceled and so that her family would come. I know a lot of people who will not go anywhere near Mexico right now, and if she wants her family and friends to be there, its best for her to pick a new location at this time.
I understand that deposits are non-refundable, but in this circumstance a lot of vendors are being very kind and showing good customer service by returning people's deposits. Ashley was hoping that you would do the same.
I think its kind of you to offer her deposit back if the date gets booked, I hope this works out so she can get some of the money back that she has lost due to circumstances beyond her control.
I hope this works out for everyone in the end.

Here is my bouquet
And the BM bouquets were smaller versions of mine, which is what I asked for. The bout was a single white rose. The corsages were pretty huge, I am not sure our mom's wore them for very long, I can't remember.
Our flowers actually came kinda late, about 10 mins before the wedding, but it didn't matter, they came and that was all I cared about.

I also had a honeymoon baby, why wait, when you are ready you are ready.

Carly I am with you on King of the Hill being canceled, Curt and I really like that show. I am sure they will still have the re-runs going and we missed a lot of them, so I hope that is true.

Welcome to the forum. Be sure to check the Cuba threads, there is lots of info there and lots of brides to help you out.
I love all the Cuba brides on here now, I was the first Cuba bride on this forum and now there are lots of us. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
Happy Planning.

We had our reception on the beach and had our own DJ and they played all the songs we wanted from out cd's. At the disco after our reception they also played songs that our wedding guests requested because it was our special day. They played cd's in there and our burnt cd's worked great.

I brought pictures of the bouquet I wanted and they did their best to replicate it. You have to keep in mind that they don't have all the flowers, etc.. but they did a great job with mine and they smelled amazing. I had to tell them I didn't want any of the plastic stuff they put it in or the ribbon they use, I brought mine own and they used it and did a great job. I brought my own ribbon for all the bouquets and the bouts and they used it and did a great job with all of it.

At my resort the Cuban we had for the ceremony played almost anything possible, we just let them do their own thing, we wanted it to be authentic Cuban music, but they will play what you ask.
You should absolutely bring your own music. I have been to Cuba 3 times now and every time they tend to play the same stuff over and over again, Madonna, Bon Jovi and Who Let the Dogs out, no lie. They are a little behind the times when it comes to music Now that most of the places have the internet, they download more current stuff, but don't know what to download unless someone asks for it. So, I suggest you make your own CD's, just so you can be sure you will get to listen to the music you want to hear.

Everything looks great. I absolutely love love love your earrings, they are stunning.

I am also shocked about CSI, I can't believe that. Although CSI, the original, has been through a lot of changes and I think with Grissolm gone they lost watchers.
I am shocked about My Name is Earl, I love that show. I think its because its on at the same time as Survivor and that is hard to compete with, it just needs a new time slot.
In love with designer Matthew Christopher!!! <3

That dress is stunning, I can see why you are in love with it. If you have tried it on and you think its the one, I say, if you can swing it, you should totally have it. I think you would be able to re-sell it as well after, as long as you work at selling it. Its a gorgeous dress.
