  1. My photog did not know what it was, so I did that, sent her links to other photog's sites and said this is the idea, but we should do our own thing. She is very happy to be doing it. Mine is doing it for free to get the experience and use it in her portfoilo, but I will pay for any photo's I want.

  3. Does anyone want to go halves on this with me? eBay.ca: Immodium AD 72ct (2 boxes) Dated 11/09 (item 200141562159 end time 21-Aug-07 00:29:16 EDT) I only need 1 box, actually not even 1 box, but I can give everyone 2 (I only have 31 OOT bags). I have not bid yet, I want to find someone to bid with first.
  4. I think if these are something you would not wear on a regular basis, you should not wear them for your wedding. They will stand out way too much. Does that make sense. Also, for that price, you want something you can wear at least a few times. I can't see you wearing these ever again. I think you could get something almost the same for a lot cheaper if you shop around. There is this site that someone posted on another thread, check it out. www.artisangemsboutique.com - Search Results

Jackie I was with you till you said No Strapless. These are my BM dresses. They actually do come with straps you can add on, they look kinda like bra straps only nicer. Just a thought. They are Alfred Angelo and I know you can get those anywhere. Ours were $205 with all taxes and alterations, but I know for a fact you can get them cheaper on line and at other stores, but we needed them on a rush basis, so I had no time to look elsewhere.

I would hate to spend to much in Shipping, $15 is the most I want to spend, so it would be 8 to you, and then probably $20 from you, that is what it cost to get the Pash's from Ann. So, I think I will keep looking for now and if I get stuck, I will go that route. THANK YOU so much for your offer though, that is very very kind of you.

I will talk to my sister and see what she says and I will get back to you. Any idea how much it might cost?

Now I just need to know when they will get more in.

Do you think the wording on the invites (shown below) sound good? I dont want people coming to the bon voyage thinking I am gonna be walking down an aisle etc. Looking forward to your opinions. I am ordering them today. 1st, we are getting married on the same day. I just realised that. Yay. 2nd, I love love love this idea, how cute, I kinda wish I had thought of it. I think its probably too late now though. I think the invitations are perfect. They are fun and casual, and I think people understand that its just a "celebration" and not a wedding. Good job.
  14. Thanks so much Stephanie, but I need them to be the battery operated ones that sit on the table. Does that make sense?
  15. Guys, I need some help finding cheap paper lanterns. I want the battery operated kind cause my dinner is on the beach, so I don't want to have to plug them in, or put candles under them. I found them at a dollar store near me, but being stupid, I wanted to think about them. Well, now they are gone and they are not getting more. I would like white and/or pink ones. I need about 12 and I don't want to pay too much money for them. I also need them to ship to Canada and not charge a fortune to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  16. Have a great day Courtney. Remember, it will not be easy at first, it never is to start a new job, but you will get the hang of it and love it in no time. Congratulations!!

I know Ava would love the Backyardigans, but I know Jennie (my sister) hates fairs and does not want Ava to go on the rides. So, I think its kinda cruel to bring her and not let her go on the rides. So, I will have to figure it out. What day are the backyardigans there? If I could just take her to see that and then get her out of there, that might be good.

  19. I get it with certain things I eat. There is a Japanese place that does it to me every time. So, I do not eat Japanese at all anymore. Also, if I have to much bubbly stuff, like pop, then my stomach kills. I have to pretty well avoid pop now and I used to drink 1 a day. It just happened one day, and now it happens almost every time.
  20. Have you hired one yet? My sister's was really good. Just a thought. You tell them what you want and they usually get it for you. Some might take your copy, but mostly they will go out and get it so that they have it for the future as well.
  21. Um no! I would never tell someone I made something that I bought at the store, that is Lying! Not saying they are liars or anything, but I do think its wrong to say you made something you did not. I get mad when people makes cakes from a box and sell them to other people saying they made them. You might have decorated it, but you did not make it. lol So no, I would never do that. BTW, I love Heluva Good!
  22. Congratulations Kelly and Everton, you are an amazing couple and you deserve all the happiness in the world. I hope your day is everything you dreamed of and more.
  23. I think your dress is gorgeous and I would not change it. You might be hot, but hell, we are all going to be hot. I know I will sweat my ass off in my dress, but I love it, so I don't care. I do not have something to change into, I don't care how hot I am, I am wearing it all night, and maybe even to bed. lol

Thank you, the ribbon might have been the hardest part though, lol I bought 2 kinds that I liked from Micheals and my mom sewed them for me. Then we had to cut them the right length and put the velcro on. The rest was easier. Then again, Heidi did the hard part.
  25. We actually did not want October, we wanted November, but we were having a hard time booking for November, so we went with October. We went with the last week that prices were posted for when we were wanting to book. And then, tradition states that Wednesday is the best and luckiest day to get married, so we picked the Wednesday. That is all.
