However, since we joined over a year ago, we've gone about 3 times - seriously! So, I don't think that plan is a workable one. I hate getting up early in the morning! My office has a pretty nice gym in the basement of our building, so I'm going to try to go there during my lunch break starting on Tuesday! Really! I just need to buy some shower shoes first..... I used to work out at lunch time and it was the best thing ever. It did not interfere with my day, I did not have to wake up early and I still went home on time. I wish more than anything I could do that now. But, there is not one single gym close to where I work, its terrible. You will love working out at lunch. Go get some flip flops today and get your butt to that gym.
  3. Sorry to say, but I also can't see them. I am so glad that your wedding still went well with all the Dean action going on. Congratulations and welcome home.
  4. I am really hoping that I can go see my trainer tonight. I have an appointment for 6:30, but I am not feeling so hot today. I wish my illness would go away. I hate the thought of a whole week with no exercise though, so I might try to go anyway.

Sorry Gen, I will always say Gen now. You know next time it will be Brooke though right. lol Don't do it!!!! Step away from the soda.
  6. Mine is not Ivory, but its not white either, its kinda off white, but not as dark as Ivory. I did not want white white, I think the off white looks better with my skin tone.

So, I think they are waaaaay over charging you and I say take it somewhere else. In my experience, bridal stores don't even do that good a job on dresses that they alter, I think a taylor would do a way better job, as long as they have experience in bridal gowns.

I wanted to make sure I had all the right sizes.

  10. I say get a second quote. That seems insanely high. I am having major changes to my dress and its all lace and its only costing me $225, which I thought was a lot of money. What are you getting done?
  11. I get Brazillian's all the time. It hurt a lot when I first started, but its so much better now. I take 2 extra strength advil before I go. 1 half hour before and the other 15 mins before. I find it helps a lot. I have not had laser, I have wanted to try it but because I am really fair and have light soft hair, they say its a lot harder for me and takes longer. So, I have not done it.
  12. That last one is by far my favorite. I also loved 18, 19, 20 & 41. Great job as usual Sol!

OUr first dance song is between 3: Lifehouse- You and me (stripped version) this song has some attachments to us because we saw them in concert a couple years back. I loev this song! David Gray- This years love: something about this song just gives me goosebumps, don't know what it is. But almost every time I get emotional listening to it. OR Tim McGraw/Faith Hill: It's your love - I know it wasn't suggested but FH suggested it and I was in shock because it's country. I know it's unoriginal but the lyrics are perfect for a wedding and it's only 3 minutes 30 seconds! haha Thanks again pals! Thanks to you we now have 3 great CD's!! (If anyone is interested I could probably send ya a copy Huh, I think I would love a copy.
  15. Alright, I am going to vote for 2 B2B's and they are Stephanie525 (she helped me try to find OOT bags that can be shipped to Canada and even offered to send them to me herself) and Raeka (she has had so much to deal with and her wedding is coming up so soon, that I want her to know how much we love and support her even though some people don't). I also wanted to vote for Shelley (Beachbride), but lots of others did already, so I didn't need to
  16. My Mrs vote is for Dragonfly (Kelly) love her. My BTB is a little harder, there are so many awesome women on this forum, its tough. So, I need to think a little. I have 1 for sure, but I need another.
  17. I am still sick. So, I had to cancel my session with my trainer last night, but we rescheduled for Sunday. So as long as I am better tomorrow, fingers crossed, I will still get in 2 sessions this week.

We also had rafels for Toronto Maple Leafs tickets and Toronto Raptors tickets. Its just a fun night to party and make a bit of money. I think Ill invite these guys to this party and if they all come then Ill send a wedding invite to them. Julie, we will probablly have it in Alcona at the ABC Hall. My sister had hers there. ITs really cheap and her best friends hubbys grandparents (blablabla) get a deal on it! Now if I invite you to this do you get a wedding invite too? LOL I better get a wedding invite. lol Just kidding, I won't know anyone so it won't be fun for me. lol But if the B&D is in Alcona, I am sure I will know a few people there. Keep me posted.
  19. I think the metallic gold would be really nice. I also think nude shoes (skin tone) would look awesome. Let me see what I can find so you see what I am talking about. I don't care for these shoes, not my style, but this is the colour I mean. 20. I was also going to say Ebay. There is a seller that has them, type in chair ties and they are really nice. Jilly76 bought them and loves them. I think there are under $2 each.
  21. I have tried it, last time I was in DR, and I did not like the way it tasted, and no, I hate to say it, but it didn't to anything for us. lol I know that there are probably a lot of fake ones out there that people sell, so who knows, maybe it was not authentic. But watch out, cause a lot of the locals try to push it and sell it to you cause its well known and they try to charge a lot of money for it. So, beware of that.
