Today at the ice cream shack i brought protein powder form home and used their milk, bananas, berries and pineapple to make me a shake for lunch. Morning I had 2 hard boiled eggs. For dinner I was a good girl yet again and had brocolli with lemon on top as well as salmon in a garlic butter sauce. i know butter is bad but it was the healthy not really butter stuff. hahaha Now I AM going to do my workout. promise. Did you do your workout?

I don't see the need to tell him. lol I also wish I was taller, I bet I am shorter then you, lol I am 5' 1.5" BEAT THAT!! lol

  8. My mom came shopping with me everytime. I brought her because she is really honest and I knew she would tell me the truth. She did not cry, and I never even thought she might. I also did not cry. She was just very happy when she saw dresses on me, all of them actually. lol Then we would talk about them and decide it was not the one for me. But, she was happy to see me in all of them. That was a nice feeling. She was there when I picked the one and has come with me to my fittings as well. But no tears. She did not cry over my sister in her dress, why would she cry over me I think we should not worry so much about what our mom't think, they have different taste and different budgets in mind then we do. So, we should go with with we love and mom will be happy as long as we are happy.
  9. I did not send an invite to any of my vendors. Because my photog is coming from Canada with us though, I did send her and her husband luggage tags and the letter that I sent to everyone else so they would have all the info.

The killer is going to be helping out at the ice cream place today. All those milkshakes calling my name. hehe Good luck girls I think today is going to be hard for me. You better get your butt to the gym tonight to do your workout. Sitting on your ass is not going to help you look better in a swim suit!!! How was that? At the ice cream place, have some low fat frozen yoghurt or some Sorbet, that will kill the ice cream carving and will not be so bad for you. Milk Shakes are TERRIBLE, do not have one of those, stay away.
  11. You guys get these awesome things that they just don't have here, that protein shake that you posted Amy sounds great, low cal and high protein, its perfect. Think I can get them in Canada though? Hell No!! Lol. I did bootcamp last night, it was killer. After that I moved furniture around at my sister's house, that was a workout itself. After that a friend came over and brought candy and chips. It was so hard. I had a handful of skittles and did not touch anything else. That was very hard for me. But, I did have a salad for dinner and a grilled chicken pita for lunch and a boiled egg and 1 piece of whole wheat toast for breakfast. So, that candy did not throw me off that much.
  12. I would going to also suggest floaties, you can get them at toys r us for really cheap right now. Also, maybe some cards or travel games like connect four and stuff like that.

  14. I am right there with you Mel. I have some more weight to lose and 33 days to do it in. I thought I would try today to not eat carbs, but I can't do it. Its not possible for me. lol I ate pretty well today though, so I am working on it. I have boot camp tonight and I am going to really push myself. I am thinking that the salad I just ate will not keep me full for long though. SO, I need a very low cal snack with some protein in it that I can eat when I get home from boot camp. Any suggestions?
  15. Head to a dollar store, you will find lots and lots of stuff. I got colouring books and crayons, bubbles, sand toys, etc. For the kids who are a little older, look for craft stuff, like to make jewellery and beads for bracelets, stuff like that.

  21. I was also going to suggest having cups sewn into your dress. Do you have a seamstress who is altering your dress? She can tell you where to get one and if it will work in your dress. As for the question about will it work for a C cup, I am a D and I have used them before. It did add a little padding to the dress, but not too much at all, I guess it depends on your dress. It worked great, it was like wearing a bra, I made sure to get one with no push up though, I did not want oozing over boobs. (I know some women like that look, but I am not a fan).
