Congratulations!!! You must both be so excited. Remember to enjoy every moment and to not stress about the little things, no one will notice if things do not go exactly as planned.

What Not To Wear 2008
JulieG replied to JHarwood2Be's topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
I see nothing wrong with the red train or the red on the veil, if that is your thing and red is your colour then go for it. The hotpant body suit on the otherhand, I don't even know what to say about that. lol -
They never did this to me, not by phone or email. I am also in Canada though, that could be why. I love my dress though and the price, so I would totally use them again, even if they called me, you know it will stop after your wedding at the latest, and the prices and selection are great IMHO.

It worked for my sister with her first, but not her second.

That is too cute. You do not have to change your name on your passport, as long as your tickets are in that name. A friend who came to our wedding has been married 3 years, but her old passport was still good, so she just purchased the tickets in her maiden name and used her old passport. Just a thought.

Congratulations Courtney and Aaron. I know its just "paperwork", but its still pretty cool You could even start the name change process now if you wanted to. Just a thought I know I did it the day I got my wedding certificate in the mail from Cuba.

I am pretty sure this was Jilly's dress, so she can let you know about it. The other one posted was my dress, but I bought the knock off at David's Bridal for a lot less and I loved it. I checked David's Bridal for the dress you love but did not see it on there. I think if you love the 2 piece and can't find the 1 piece then you should totally get it. -
I picked white because if the pink is off, and not the right colour pink when you get them, you might not be happy with them. Pink vary's so widely that you never know what you will get. So, I think white is the safe bet. I would NOT do red, I don't think that will work at all.

I think they all work the same way as ours, every 21st person is free, so you are right, its not enough people as of yet. I know some TA's don't tell you about the deal and keep the trips for themselves, so if you get enough people make sure you ask your TA about it. Just a head's up. We had 52 people, so we got 2 free trips, one for the photographer and 1 for a GM who would not have been able to come otherwise. It was perfect.

I have not read through this thread, I just wanted to post my opinion, the only game we have bought so far is Sims Castaway because I love the Sims, but we rent games frist before we by them to make sure we like them. Wii Party is the one that has Ski ball and its a lot of fun, it also has darts and basketball (hoop shot), shuffle board, air hockey, etc.. and we love that and might buy it. I am dying to try the CSI game because I love CSI, but I have not seen it to rent yet. We have guitar hero for x-box 360, so I don't know what its like on Wii, but its awesome on the 360.

It was totally worth it and our pictures are amazing.

Shout Out to everyone who voted for me!

I am so glad you won and our votes helped. I can't wait to see the pictures. -
I didn't realise that Rayden and I had the same birthday. Happy Birthday Rayden I think you need to have a talk with Robin and tell him that he either needs to tell this guy to get his act in gear or kick him out of the wedding party. You need people who want to be there and want to help out or else they have no business being there. FYI, its the best man's responsibility to plan the buck and doe with the rest of the wedding party. It is not on the women, they do the shower and the stagette and the men do the buck and doe (with the women) and the stag. Tell him that.

Happy Anniversary Christa!!! You will have to go out and drink lots of green beer to celebrate. I hope you have a great day! I wish you all the best in your future and hope that you will always be as in love with each other as you were the day you got married.

Thank you all so very much! I wish I could drink lots of green beer today, but I will have to settle for a green milkshake

JulieG replied to MsShelley's topic in Chit Chat Corner!
Well, I have always loved St. Patrick's Day and it also happens to be my birthday, best birthday every BTW. This year though, no green beer for me. Since the pubs are soo packed, it makes no sense for me to even venture out. So we are having a dinner in this year with family. I have lots and lots of pics of past years though, we Always go way over board, I even dyed my hair green once Its always a great day.
