  1. Abbie I looks great, it totally suits you. I am glad you love it. YAY
  2. Welcome to the forum!!!! You will find more than you are looking for here as its also a great place to meet new "friends" I am a leaf's fan, have been since I was a wee lass, so careful with that bashing, it could get ugly unless you are into that kinda thing
  3. yay I am so glad you are all feeling your little ones kick, that is great news. Love it now while you can because believe it or not, it starts to get annoying, lol especially when you are trying to sleep at night.
  4. That is great news, Congratulations Christine and Will and happy birthday Ainsleigh!!! Do you we have any details, how much does she weigh?
  5. I heard about this today, I used to live on Parkside and on Roncesvalles, so DH and I went to High Park all the time. Its really crazy. They are finding dead raccons and squirrels as well. Its so sad. I would keep your dog away from there till they get it all cleaned up and figure out who is doing it. I am sure they will find out really fast and it will be cleaned up right away. That is so scary. I am glad your dog is doing well.
  6. Wow, where is the layover? I did not even know that was possible from Cuba, that is crazy. Who are you flying with? Did you find the trip yourself or did your TA arrange it from the beginning? I am so sorry you are dealing with this, that is not fun at all. I used the same TA for my wedding and we did not have any problems like this, just some little ones where people where in the wrong rooms, but nothing so drastic.

I know a lot of people that used her, myself included and we all really liked her. I am very curious to know what happened to you and sorry to hear that.
  8. Wow Becky your dress is beautiful and looks perfect on you. I am so glad you love it and your second thoughts were just that, thoughts. You look stunning in your dress.
  9. Leslie your dress looks amazing on you, great choice. Congratulations on finding the one.
  10. Glenda, that sounds like an amazing party, I am so glad that you had such a good time and they did a perfect job planning a perfect party for you. Yay!!!
  11. Mo, does your friend know you are pregnant? Seems strange to make you wear the same dress if you are prego and it does not look right on you. Also, I ate baby cookies (Arrowroot) when I was nauseous and I found they helped a lot. Sometimes I would put peanut butter on them to get in some protein. Christine, I am so excited that Anisleigh will be here so soon.
  12. Those are amazing pictures, I love them all. Morgan you looked amazing, so beautiful and so happy. I can't wait to hear all about it and see the rest of the pictures.
  13. I also love Franks and I especially love the Chili Lime one, not sure why, I just really like it. Although right now I can not handle spicy, so I have not used it in a long time.
  14. I picked the strapless one, they are both beautiful on you, but I like the strapless better, it suits you more. I had a small halter strap built for my dress because I hate that armpit fat that you speak of, I know it well. I had it made with snaps incase I decided I did not love the way it looked, but I did and I was so happy I had it. Just an FYI

So I am going to enjoy my last weekend with my hubby and my parents are flying in as well as I am really okay with it now. I wasn't this morning (I cried a lot) but now I am okay. Oh Christine, that sucks that you had a bad morning, but you have the right attitude now. I think if you did a search you would find out that most people get induced with their first pregnancies. I know that out of my friends, around 80% of them had to be induced. My one friend was induced with her first 2 kids and is now hoping to not have to be with the third, lol so it happens a lot. I am so glad they gave you a date though, at least now you know you will not have to wait longer than that, the end is in sight.
  16. I am sure you will find all the advice you need on here.
  17. Oh Christine, I was so hoping today's appointment went better than that for you and you were on your way to the hospital. At least now you know the day your daughter will be born and you can stop stressing about it.

That is good to know then, I feel better about it. I was a little worried that it would go elsewhere, and then when I thought about it I realised it didn't matter, it was still a good cause
  19. Tammy I donated, but it would not let me put in any info, so I could not say why I was donating or my name or anything. I think its because I did it through paypal. Strange. What now, will they know what its for?
  20. Alright, I will talk to her later today and tell her the ones I have now and mention that I think the one she liked originally would still work. I will let you all know what she picked. lol If anyone else has any idea's, please keep them coming.

She is not really picky, she will be okay with whatever I put on it, but I want more than okay, so really, its me who is picky. lol She wanted that saying, but now that the baby is here its not really going to work anymore. It is really all me putting the pressure on myself to come up with something good and not so much her. lol I did check websites and nothing is coming up. I just did a google search though, maybe I need to put more effort into it.

The cake she wanted then was from another shower I made the cake for and it said "Goodbye Tummy Hello Mummy" She loved that and is sad she can't use it now. lol So I need something fun and cute like that for this cake. Ultimately she will not care that much what it says, but I want it to make her really happy. Does that make sense?
  23. I don't think I need a poll only because the host will have the final say in what she wants, so really I just need idea's to give to her. Thank you though.
  24. Thank you Tammy, if I can't get any more idea's by the end of the day I will go with one of these. I like them, I just don't think they are the one yet. lol Know what I mean.
