Thank you so much. I will make the font bigger, I thought it was a good size, so its good to know that not everyone will feel the same way about it.

I am still off sick, so, I have not worked out even once this week. It really sucks, cause I was totally into it and good at working out a lot, I am a little worried that this will knock me off my path. Next week I am going to need all of your help to get my butt back to the gym.

Free Wedding Web Site Templates | Favor Ideas This site has free website templates, power point templates, and some other stuff, I thought it might help some people out. I am looking for info on how to make my own logo, I know some of you said Aylee has instructions on her site but I can't find them, if you, please let me know. Or, if you happen to find some other info, I will take what I can get. Thanks,

LOL Seriously, I want to wear flowers too. I like your idea Ann ...Thanks. I am going to wear a veil and a head piece and am thinking about flowers. I don't think its too much if they are all simple. My head piece and veil are very simple. I don't have pics, it was my sister's veil and my best friends head piece. So, I would do a simple flower or 2, nothing big or overwhelming. I think you can have it all if you want it all. Its up to you to decide. I don't think I would feel like a bride without one and its the only time I can wear one, so I don't want to miss out on that.

I know Air Canada will arrange to fly everyone into TO but some of our guests aren't the most seasoned travellers so I would like to make it as easy as possible. There are flights out of Edmonton, but they arrive 3 days before the TO flights. Our plan is to get married in early Jan so I wouldn't have to worry about flights down, but thanks for the heads up I never realized that it would even be a problem. ALthough I still haven't picked which country we are going to get married in yet, Costa Rica is on my short list. Sara No problem. Costa Rica was my first choice, but due to the flight issue, we are not going there now. I also have come info on Panama (that was my second choice, but they only fly out on Monday's and I don't want my guests to have to take a week and a day off work). And lots of info on Cuba, where I am getting married. So, let me know if you need more help.

Hey guys, I have not been to the gym in a while. I was supposed to go on Saturday, but my FMIL came by for a vist. Then, my sister came over. On Sunday my niece was really sick and I took care of her, my sister is pregnant and was not feeling so hot. They stayed the night and did not go home till late yesterday. Then I had a concert last night. Well, I woke up at 4AM today to major stomach issues, turns out, I caught what my niece had, it has not been a good day. So, no gym today either. At least I am too sick to eat, so I am not going to go over points today

My Awesome $24.99 Flower Girl Dress!

Sarah, my niece's name is also Ava and she is going to be my flower girl. I love that dress, I will have to go there and take a look for sure. Thanks for the post. -

I am in the United States though so I don't know much about the airlines/flights in Canada. I know that the first time I flew to CR I had to connect in Atlanta. I don't recommend it. Try to find a direct flight. Paying extra will be totally worth it. TRUST ME! The problem is, if you are getting married between May and December and you live in Canada, you have to go to Atlanta first, no choice, no matter what you pay. So, keep that in mind. I hope it works out for you, and your wedding date falls into the timeline when flights leave from your city.

I just realised you are coming from Canada. Where in Canada. I was told that after April, flights do not leave here to go to Costa Rica untill mid December (and dates in December can not be guaranteed because they start the flights up again when they decide to, and you might not know till a month in advance). You can fly to Atlanta first, that is what I was told, but it works out to be a lot more money, and, I would hate to be changing planes with my luggage and stuff for my wedding, I would be so scared something important would get lost. If you want to go Jan to April though, you will have no problem.

Bringing your fiance dress shopping?
JulieG replied to starchild's topic in Wedding Etiquette, Traditions, to dos
I agree with all the girls here. I say no way to bringing him. That is just me though. There are not many things about your wedding you keep secret, this is the one thing. You will both miss out on a special moment if he sees the dress on you, before the day. I also showed my FH bridal magazines to get his opinion, that is as far as I will go, he will not know which one I picked, untill he sees me in it. -

Alright, I sent the link a while back, I will find it for you again. What happens is you take all your points, including your flex points and you eat them all in the week, but you vary it. A certain about one day, another the next. This was it keeps your body guessing and your BMR is high because it has to work more. Where if it knows the amount of calories it has to burn every day (always the same amount) it does not raise as high and you hit a plateau really early. Here, this describes it The Wendie Plan If you click on the link at the bottom of the page it takes you to a wendy plan forum. You can access all the infor without being a member, but you have to sign up to be part of the forum. It takes a long time to become a member, they have a lot of requests, but its great once you are one. Check it out. It took me out of my plateau that I was at for a few weeks last year when I lost my 20 lbs, it totally saved me. Quote: Originally Posted by jilly76 Congrats Jules, you must be so happy! On the other hand, I was not so good this past week and am up 1 pound, but I'm glad its only a pound, because I didn't exercise all week and had a surprise party to go to which led to eating & drinking. So, I'll just get back on track this week. I went grocery shopping today too, so that will help, we had NOTHING in the house to eat!
