St. Thomas Wedding Pictures!!!
JulieG replied to Jessica's topic in Post your Destination Wedding & Engagement Pictures!
I am also really late on this post, but I wanted to say your pictures are beautiful and you look great. I wanted to ask, how long was your dress wet for? Did you change for dinner and dancing? I would love to do that, get some pics in the water, but I don't want my dress to be all heavy and wet for dancing and stuff. Did it dry rather fast? -

Since we have the same colors...what are you doing for table linens and centerpieces? They do have it in brown (Espresso). Its Alfred Angelo. Check out their website. Here is the dress Alfred Angelo... Find the perfect Bridal Gown, Bridesmaid Dress, Prom Dress, Flower Girl Dress or Mother of the Bride Dress at Alfred Angelo. This site will tell you all the stores that sell it. I am sure you can also get it online somewhere for cheaper. I think I am just using the white linens that the resort supplies. I am on a strict budget right now cause I am not working at the moment, so as soon I a figure everything out, I will let you know for sure. -
Hey all, I have been too busy helping my sister out to get to the gym, but I did get in a 45 min walk around the lake today, so its better than nothing.

Robin asked me if I picked a dress today and I told him I found one I really loved but thats all I would tell him! LOL And yes, it would totally rock with my shoes!!! hehehe You are a photographer and you live in Barrie? If this is true, message me your website, I would love to see your work, I am still looking for a photographer you know. lol -
Dress Shopping Today!!

Every time I look at those pics Im horrified at how I look though!! I swear I did not look that gross in the store! LOL I think were going to go again next week and try a few more on. And I dont wanna order too soon since Im working on loosing weight first. Laura, the dress stores in Barrie really don't have all that much to offer, really. So, if you want to know some good bridal shops in Toronto, let me know and I can tell you, I lived there for 12 years. Just don't think that what you see in Barrie is all that is out there, trust me, its not. lol I do think you look great in that dress though, but you have lots of time and you only get to shop for wedding dresses 1 time in your life, so go to all the stores you can and try them all on. (to me that looks like Gown Gallery, lol, not sure if I am right or not) -
Karla, that is one sexy dress, you look amazing. Perfect dress on you and for a DW. Amazing pictures. Beautiful couple and great photographer.

I can find out for you though, if you want to know. They don't have much to choose from there, but they can order anything you want from this designer, alfred angelo. We are going to TO to try on dresses if my sister does not like this one, but we will order them in Barrie for sure. -

Is My Photography Site "Destination" Enough?
JulieG replied to MattBlum's topic in Destination Wedding Vendors
Hey Matt, I think your site is great and targets all weddings, not just DW. You might want to show a DW, then an MN, then a DW, etc.. if you want to show people you do all weddings, but I don't even think you need to do that, its just a thought. Looks good. -

This is the dress that my BM's love, in the colour I want (my colours are pink and brown). My sister is the last to try it on to make sure she loves it and if so, we are ordering them. Just thought I would share. -

I have no idea how that would look though, its just an idea to try. Is it something you can send to me and I can play with it as well to try to help you out?

If so, bring some of that water back. lol This looks much better. I still the think written is not the right font, I think printing will look better. That is just me though. Is there maybe a colour that is close to the colour of the star fish? That might look cool, just a thought though.

I say make it white again, or another colour and use a printed font, not a written font. I hope that makes sense to you.

Well, I have had a crazy busy week, I hoped to get to the gym before now, but it was not in the cards. I am however seeing my trainer today and going for a long walk around the lake tonight. So, I will let you all know how that went. I need to get my butt in gear, not too much time to go and I need to lose at least 10 more lbs. I have lost 5 already, but that is not soo good, I wanted to lose 20 total. lol I need to watch what I put in my mouth. That would be step 1. lol

How do you tell/ask MOH to step down

Ditto, this is what I was going to say, so I am glad I kept reading. When I read your post I looked at your wedding date right away, and I thought, she has so much time. I would tell her that you want to start arranging these things and talking about them and ask her if she and when she can/will do them. That way you will know where she is, and then if she has any issues, you will know by how she answers her questions. Does that make sense? -

CBC went there and did interviews with random people asking them if they were watching the game tonight, and not one person said yes. Some even said "why is it a big game or something" that made me sick.
