Wow - thanks everyone - I am thinking Mexico, we have been to Puerto Vallarta a number of times so that is familiar but we might be ready to try something new. I have family living in Cabo half the year and yet I have not been down to visit yet (he has been there for at least five years ) I also have not ruled out the other side of Mexico either as we have never been (insert mass confusion here!) I am assuming it will be small since we plan to have a reception when we return for those not able to get away... Will post more as I know more... Gillie

Hi all, I stumbled upon this website quite by accident shortly after New Years. On New Years Eve my bf asked me (after a long evening out) whether I still wanted to get married somewhere hot and then come back home for a big reception later. I said hell yeah and even though he has not proposed yet, I have started collecting information. I find the information on here a great help and cannot wait to start narrowing down my search for a perfect location. I don't even know yet where - I guess I'll wait until he finally pops the question before discussing it with him. By then I should have the whole wedding planned! Thanks for all your advice and input in advance!!!!
