We haven't registered yet, however we really NEED to! We were thinking BB&B, Pier 1, & Lowes or Home Depot. We have lived together for quite a while as well, but are in need of some newer items. We are really in need of new appliances and furniture...I want to register for people to put money toward them, but not sure how that works.

Thanks for that link to that post. That helped a bit. I can't put any liquid type stuff, since we are meeting them at the airport to surprise them with the bags. What else is everyone putting in their OOT bags? I was going to do personalized tequila shooters...since it is Mexico We have tropical cameras, beach theme wine charms...not sure what else. Any ideas? I like that koozie! I will be looking into those as well. Thanks!

I love the writing in #3...but too pink. I like the orange in #2...but I like the flair and the tropical feel with #1. #2 seems harder to read in that font, but i do like the orange color better than the pink. Can you change that stuff around? If so, I would use #3 font on #1 invite w/ #2 orange color. Good Luck!

Well, I wanted to know if there was a CD player provided for music during the first portion of the ceremony. I also wanted to know about the decoration options, I have seen just those bamboo sticks with ivory swag, but wanted to know of other ideas/options that could be used. And how do I choose my bouquet? Can I tell her exactly what I want in them...or when it comes with the package, do you just get a few options to choice from? We weren't sure about the time for our wedding either until now, but she didn't seem to worry about that before, so is there a possibility of her doing another wedding instead of ours? I guess does she just set it up and leave or does she stay and make sure everything is in place and working out? I also keep hearing people talk about doing their reception at one of the restaurants...but I am wondering if it wouldn't be easier/cheaper to just all go to the restaurant and do dinner ourselves...it is all-inclusive, why should we pay to eat there when we already did? What are you doing?

I am hoping that someone has, went or will be getting married at Dreams in PV. I have a few questions and I can't seem to get any feedback from the coordinator. Do I just wait to plan everything when I arrive? Also, is anyone walking down the "beach aisle" with music playing? Are you using a CD player? How does that work? We can't afford to hire someone. We have already spend lots of money. Thanks!

Thanks!! I am looking for a nice dress to wear out to our dinner before the big day. Not really a "rehearsal dinner" since there is not really any rehearsing for our beach wedding. Thanks again.

Hello all! I just joined today! My wedding in 3 1/2 months away!! (April 2007) We are getting married at the Dreams Resort in Puerto Vallarta! We will have a AHR when we return with everyone who could not make it. (Which is most of them) We are only have about 20 people with us. 12 of them immediate family, 2 friend/brother type, and the rest is his close aunt and a few cousins. We are getting super excited!! Can't wait to start reading everyone's post. Hope I get some great ideas and my questions answerd.
