Okay so I woke up at 5:45 AM to take the pills. Then I took the fiber at 6AM. I was hoping I would have the same reaction as yesterday and feel the urge to go in 15 minutes. Well no such luck. I didn't feel the urge to go until 8AM while I was on the train. I was able to hold it in until I got off the train (it wasn't that terrible kind like last time) but its so annoying that I can't seem to get on a schedule. I'm nervous everyday that I am going to have to go at an inconvenient time. That being said I also have cramping each time. Its not bad at all but that's how I know I have to go. I'm interested to see how this affects the other girls when they start it.

Celina I'm sorry that you feel stressed. I know a lot of people go through this especially as it gets closer since you really need to crunch numbers. But I promise that it will all be worth it in the end and you will be super happy.

They are so cute! I feel like eating them. LOL. Are you using any of these as inspiration for your cake?

Ann I can't wait to see how everyone did. I'm not so concerned with who won I just want to see how all our hard work paid off. Also are you posting total percentage lost and total weight loss w/o actually mentioning the actual weights? I can't remember what the final thing was supposed to be.

The way I see it if it does go up there is really nothing we can do. People will still need to drive and we are still going to buy gas whether we like it or not. Ugggh. Hilary Clinton wants a tax break from Memorial Day to Labor Day so hopefully that will pass. Even if its just for those couple of months its got to be some relief. John McCain supports this too but Barack Obama doesn't. Apparently he doesn't feel that it will make a difference.

Ok I did the advance search and typed in 'RIU Jamaica' and got a bunch of RIU threads. Is there anything specific about the RIU you are looking for? Maybe that will help narrow your search.

I never got cramps before but now that I am doing the colonix I have had cramps everytime. I'm not sure if that's normal or not but I can deal with it as long as it comes out. LOL. Honestly its not painful its just an uncomfortable feeling, but then once I'm done I feel so good. My stomach feels empty and flat and the bloating goes away. (Until I eat again of course)

Are you using the advance search? Or just the regular search? Try using the advanced search if your not already doing so. I'm going to try it now and see what's going on.

Ok I went back on the recommended dosage of fiber today. So now explosive situations. I took the fiber at about 8:30 and I had to go to the bathroom at 8:45. I then walked to the train station and low and behold at 9:20 I had to go again. Then I had a 30 minute train ride to the court and once I got there I had to go again. I think I went two other times after that. The first one of the morning was the biggest one, the other ones were just mini ones. (Sorry if TMI). I know in the other thread some of the girls said they went as soon as they woke up but my body is not doing that. I am only able to go after I take the fiber. So I think about 15 minutes after I take the fiber I feel the cramping and the need to go. Yes I had cramping again but its not bad (like it was yesterday). So for the girls that start it maybe give yourself a 15 minute to 20 minutes window period of time to go in your house before you leave in the morning.

Alyssa early or not that is a great weight loss! I am so proud of you! The exercise is def working! Jill I am having the same problem which is why I need this colonix badly. LOL. My friend who is a nutritionist told me that healthy food actually constipates you. Go figure! I admit I stuffed my face this morning. I had a trial and I was super nervous. I ate eggs, toast, sausage, and had a huge thing of orange juice. Oh well nothing I can do about it now except go to the gym. Finally I can get back to the workouts.

I have never been through this experience so I'm sorry I can't give a lot of input. But it sounds to me that taking some breathing room for a couple of days is a good idea. I think he is just very sad and hurt and needs his time to deal with everything. Its possible he never got to address his feelings before so seeing her for the first time again brought all those feelings to the surface. Hopefully with time his anger will heal and he will see that even though he was hurt by someone he loved, he now has someone in his life who would never treat him that way.

Jen everything sounds amazing! I am drooling thinking about your ice cream station. I can't even begin to tell you how much I wish I was there! The only thing I wanted to hear more about was your ceremony. What did Brendan think when you walked down the aisle? Did you cry?

They all work at restaurants. But they can't get discounts or anything like that. I would basically purchase the food and then they could cook it. Although I really don't want to do this b/c then they don't get to enjoy it, they are working.

Shelley do you think it was the upped dosage of fiber that made me go like that or do you think it was the diaretic from the tea? I'm just trying to figure it out so that I can manage my pooping time more efficiently. LOL And to all the girls that laughed...you'll be sorry. LOl...J/K. Seriously after I left the bathroom I started hysterical laughing. It was too funny. Not so funny when I almost exploded into oblivion but pretty funny in hindsight.
